U can’t report transactions,change number or make any changes in the app,other bank apps makes it easier for customers to do their changes in their apps but access bank is zero and they deduct money for every transaction. I wouldn’t recommend this stupid bank for anyone

The Tamada chat bot is so so useless and annoying. It will just end an ongoing conversation, and or say the issue has been resolved and case closed. Some other times it will say

I change my app to a new phone and my limit becomes 20000 daily why is that , my account has already been upgraded before what’s going on
