I can’t even get pass facial verification as a NYSC member. You can’t type OTP in the app also. You need to copy and paste it in.

UI & UX Gaps
The app is pretty solid overall and packed with features, but I have to say I am wildly disappointed that something as simple as you have multiple accounts and the account names do not come up on the app. That seems like a very simple catch when beta testing or developing. Why would I now have to start memorizing all my account numbers and the associated account names. This is such a simple and easy fix and I’m surprised nobody has made this suggestion or change. It’s so poor and would make this app so much more useful.

U can’t report transactions,change number or make any changes in the app,other bank apps makes it easier for customers to do their changes in their apps but access bank is zero and they deduct money for every transaction. I wouldn’t recommend this stupid bank for anyone
