Can’t track my luggage or check-in / adjust seats to connecting flight. Lufthansa is better.
The Lufthansa app allows me to check the status of my baggage and change my seats to my connecting flights. This Aegean Airlines app did not. I had no idea where my bags were and I got placed in a random seat even though I checked into the first flight no problem one day early. Couldn’t change my seat at all.

Good at losing my luggage
Generally I like Aegean and they are the only airline I use from leros. But these days they don’t seem to do a very efficient job of flying out of leros- with our luggage and then it gets lost. Are your pilots not as competent? I know weather. Twice there were not particularly bad conditions and my luggage was delayed and lost. I have been flying back and forth to Leros for 30 years. Otherwise the service is good.

Like their website, impossible to log into your booking. Never works. Doesn’t recognize your booking details so you can’t manage your booking online after purchase. Very inconvenient.
HORRIBLE APP
Don’t bother trying to set up an account. Tried 10 times and says none of the codes work and says my account doesn’t exist. Never had this problem before with any other company. Use another booking platform.
Worst airline app I’ve ever used
I could not successfully book a flight on this app. Kept getting the spinning loading circle when selecting seats, had to start over and then it kept happening at various points in the process. Very disappointing because the app design is very nice looking, but the functionality is quite poor.

The latest version loses log in information all the time
This version just loses the log in information almost everyday. I would do the 2FA and set up pin/faceid, just for the app to then lose all this information and me needing to log in / input all the information all over again.

Consistently one of the worst
For years now, this has been one of the worst, slowest, glitchiest, least efficient apps in the travel and airline marketplace. Besides being super slow, it lacks basic functionality such as updating a boarding pass when you change seats. For such a well-awarded airline, they need to do something about their subpar application.

The check-in only works on laptops. Otherwise the app is fine.
Fleece customers
When in line to board a person came over and said your carry one will not work. That person put my carry on in the measuring box so it wouldn’t fit, then charged me $50!!!!

I had surgery in March so find Aegean very kind when I ask to use elevators not stairs to get to bus for plane departures milled it easier and helpful . On board crew always friendly as well
Does not retain information
Every time I login, I am forced to create a new Pin and wait for the email w the verification code. Then I have to re-enter all of my contact information. It is quite frustrating.
Garbage
How do you say garbage in Greek? Literally inputting the same data FOUR times just to check in for a flight.
Best airline website
First time using Aegean airline website and i have to stay it’s the easiest to use, no glitches, here is looking at you Iberia and Ryan air! Super easy check-in process, was even able to check-in my luggage, just need to scan electronic tag once I’m in the airport!!
