Extremely Disappointing Water Delivery Service
The water delivery service was an absolute disappointment. They consistently delivered late despite pre-scheduled appointments, failed to provide the ordered brand of water, and took an unreasonable two weeks to deliver. Their customer care was and unhelpful throughout the ordeal.
I strongly discourage anyone from using this unreliable and uncaring service. Look for a more reliable alternative to avoid the frustration and inconvenience I experienced.

Extremely Pathetic Service
Initially placed an order for 2 brands and I received a call from support team requesting to go ahead with one brand as they don’t have any vendor who caters to both. The deposit charges were 25% additional than the market price, hence i opted out and got the delivery through a vendor nearby.
For refill, I placed an order on 1st of July scheduling the delivery for 3rd. On 3rd they sent entirely different brand for delivery and i had denied accepting the same and requested for a replacement. Till now the delivery is not fulfilled, there is no followup or response from the support team in resolving or getting the order delivered.

They ask us to buy coupon and they take 2-4 days or more to deliver. We have been following up for the 4th day. Poor customer support.
