Missing data tracker info

Ok app - missing data tracker on how much balance data. Won’t be too difficult with this day and age of AI.

Update

Overall amazing however really quick to lose data so I changed to the unlimited call and message option which then stopped working before and after update. This is highly frustrating. Please fix it ,thanks.

Do not use!

The credit balance keeps shrinking even though I'm not using the phone at all. This is criminal. Don't use aldi mobile!

Putrid service

Aldi uses a very limited percentage of the Telstra service towers, too many black spots and slow performance. I changed back to Telstra and Aldi cancelled my plan before I had received my new sim leaving me stuck without internet and phone for 5 days! Offshore call center would not help.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PLAN!!

Hey guys, don’t bother. a basic plan used to be $15, but they kept hooting the price so the cheapest you can get now is 44£ ($23AUD)

Aldi will also charge you 52£ (10$aud) for ONE gb. I can’t even change services because somehow by coincidence, every app had failed to use my previous phone number. I just genuinely hate this service sm gang and I can’t even abandon it 💔🥀

It would seem that Aldi, now has an updated version of their app.
My phone will not accept this new app, as it is apparently to old ?
I’ve been a loyal customer to Aldi mobile for at least 8 years .. .. and now I’m nothing to them - what an absolute disgrace. I have lost my accumulated credit, I am unable to recharge - so I now either change to another carrier or buy a new phone.

I cannot use this app anymore as it wont even update and without the update its refusing to work. Poor app development and support ! Do something about it Aldi mobile we are paying you for a service do the right thing by your customers!

For the past few years I have had no problems but that you can’t recharge your credit

FORCED app updates.

So. I’ve been with Aldi mobile for at least 7/8 yrs now. I have two accounts, personal and work number. I rarely have big drop outs and generally am pretty happy with the service. My biggest gripes are IF you have to contact them, overseas call centres are annoying to get through to and with. And I’ve always had a problem with how the recharge works and how it sometimes will drop you out of service for an hour or two if you auto recharge. So. I manually recharge just after midnight every month, but forgot to last night. Woke this morning and i couldn’t log into the app to recharge cos it forced an app update. But. I hadn’t recharged. So. I couldn’t access AppStore to update the app. A bit dumb don’t you think?? Do NOT force updates on something you need to actually be accessible to use the App Store!! Luckily I had their number to call and waited only ten minutes to have someone manually recharge. Yet. They didn’t apologise. Wouldn't take my feedback to pass on. And said that it may take an hour to reset.
Luckily it did come back up immediately and I’ve downloaded the ugly looking new app. But geez Aldi. I don’t think you understand not everyone has another connection. I have zero other connection to update or recharge. We’ve just gone backwards a few years to when you wouldn’t let a user view the app if you were out of charge or data. Rethink the simple things before FORCING UPDATES. Otherwise. You’re usually pretty good for set and forget service with pretty reliable connections that I’ve recommended so many family and friends to.

Prices keep going up, and up, and up

If you’re gonna have $23 as your cheapest mobile plan option, you can say goodbye to a good chunk of your business. It wasn’t long ago that the cheapest plan was about $15, then you got rid of that, then you got rid of the $19 plan. What’s the end goal here, Aldi? Are you gonna work your way up to a $100 plan minimum? When are you gonna be happy?

Really improved app

the newly improved Aldimobile app makes it easier for me to manage my services and easy to use and manage

App is fine and service good

Amazing value and I have very few issues with signal. Can't imagine ever using all the data so really everything I need including international calls and texts for $40/month.
(Second phone with Amaysim not bad at all but not as good either for service or value in my opinion. Also I prefer the ALDImobile app.)

i’ve had no credit or data for 3days now i’ve tried to update the app, nothing tried to reload several times and the app closes down and says an error, not ideal for if there’s an emergency at work. if this isn’t fixed immediately i’m going to have to look else where for data and i use to, tell everyone how good this company is….

App and website crashed

It seems the unexpected message to update has coincided with the app and website crashing. My login details are not recognised on either. After taking ages to process on the website it said no service on this account. Scary. Now the website login page has a 500 error.

App does not load

App does not work on both cellular network and wi-fi.
I cannot sign into app at all.

I am hoping this is a temporary issue.

Useless app. Cannot even log in.

Got a message that I needed to have a version newer than 5. I have the latest 5.2.
Tried logging in but after a minute it comes up with this error:

Looks very UNFRIENDLY to me.
