之前很长一段时间只能繁体 而且明明身份认证有内地证件选项 却提示不行 今天再用 加入了 简体和英文 但是简体的适配度并不是百分百 有些地方仍然是繁体 英文的适配度倒是百分百 麻烦了 还有至今仍不能内地证件认证 然后就是好想没有深色模式 深色我看几年前就有人吐槽没改 确实还有我也不懂 为什么香港的单独一个版本 大陆和国外都用同一个版本的app依据账户区分 但唯独香港用app区分

Foreigner cannot use
Cannot use as a foreigner. Have a mainland number, which is accepted. Have a HK bank account. Cannot be verified with passport. Need HK ID or PRC ID. Nonsense. Mainland Alipay works, but not ApHK

虽然说他这里是可以用大陆手机号注册，但是注册一到两天之后直接封号，你找客服客服都不理你，你只能用香港手机号注册，大陆手机号基本都会被封

Not for Foreigner
Unfortunately passport holder cannot verify ID. Only available for people with HK ID. I have a bank account in HK and cannot access th Ed fund from this app. Frustrating!
Lousy AI Ban
I attempted to open an account a week ago using my phone number. I haven’t even made a purchase, nor added balance. Upon trying to log in, my account is immediately frozen, and after ten days of me calling customer service and them calling me saying they’ll resolve the issue, they inform me that their AI security system has flagged me as a high risk threat, which cannot be overridden. So, to no fault of my own I am suddenly barred from one of the most common payment methods in HK. Great…

Useless for foreigners
8yo reviews still relevant, the app is still useless if you are not a chinese resident. Real pity since Alipay is so widely used in Hong Kong.
Can’t even register
Can’t even get past the first part which is registering for an account. Also, forcing you to only use phone number to register is bad.

突然不能登入，成功重置密碼後，竟然說沒有你的帳號。 重新註冊資料後，帳戶結餘全部消失變零。 熱線職員浪費半小時來核實你的身份，最後還要你上載自己的身分證。 但app本身便是垃圾- 根本不能上載任何文件或相片。 結論是千萬不要用 香港版支付寶。完！

You should allow transactions to occur on the attached cards, without adding balance.
You should also allow American Express, as WeChat pay does and therefore is more internationally accepting.
Amex is a world premium travel card, without this support your product is not good enough.
Also your sms verification for cards doesn’t work often resetting and not taking the code causing lockouts.
It’s not good enough. Alipay HK and Alipay is a fragmented system, needs to be improved for full international usage
