Horrible app
You cannot do anything on the app
Drivewise doesn’t work
Drivewise shows speeding when I’m not. Says my max speed is 31mph for example, and speed limit was 30, but it says I was going 15-20mph over the limit. So it thinks the speed limit is 15mph when the limit is 30mph!!!

Minus one for being an insurance company. Minus another for not respecting no notifications for anything other than billing; it still sends you useless notifications like “sUmMeR’s aLmOsT oVeR! pLaN uR nExT tRiP wItH aLlStAte!” Minus another for not respecting VPNs; it doesn’t log you in if you’re behind one, and just says it’s the app’s fault (which it is) and to try again later, which doesn’t help.
But who cares about this review? The app certainly already has enough totally valid, totally legitimate, totally not-robot reviews from people who unsolicitedly gave an insurance company’s app 5 stars, because that’s a thing that happens. And not something insurance companies have more than enough money to pay for.

This app must have all the info I need to do car insurance with. But the verbiage they use is confusing. I feel like I need an insurance degree to use it. Played out weird. When I try to find one bit of info I can never find it. It doesn’t ever seem to be where I think it should be? I spend hours looking for stuff. Give up. Call my local agent. They get it in under 30 seconds to me. Frustrating. Played out bad. Very bad.

Allstate customer crashed on to my car, Allstate adjuster came and concluded the damages for some parts of my car is not part of accident , they basically don’t know how unibody car works and other stuff, a total scam, they even convinced my company adjuster , both stupids cost me money, no insurance supports their customers for what we pay. I don’t know how they recruit these people who don’t have any basic things, a simple searching on internet could have answered my problem.

Text Verification Codes Fail
For the past several years, your text notification / verification codes fail. Fortunately, your email notifications work. Please fix.
Drivewise doesn’t work
Drivewise shows drives just fine for the other four drivers in my home, but mine is never registering properly. Shows processing for a couple days and then disappears!!!
Flop
App is useless. Bot in app is useless. Logs you out constantly!
Reinstate earlier features
Recent updates introduce more clicks and reduce usability. For example, you have to click each trip to see if any red flags were detected. Please change this - either bring back the small icons or color code the trip bar. Honestly, I don’t see any value in the driver type categorization.

DO NOT GET ALLSTATE
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a $75 check to come in Through the mail. I called yesterday for the 100th time wondering what’s going on because I’ve been waiting for the 6 days that the check is supposed to come in through the mail.they told me I have to wait again for a confirmation email to arrive and I was supposed to get it today but I haven’t. When I do get the confirmation email I have to wait another 6 days for the check to come into the mail. When am I going to get the refund on my plan!?

Recent accidents
After waiting 3 years to get my money back regarding the accident was not my fault they told me you have your self to contact the other driver’s insurance company which was AAA, before that they told me we are working on the claim for you and Allstate , you have to wait it takes a little longer, I DONT RECOMMEND THOSE SCAMMERS, Allstate a not trusted insurance company, I swear to God they are bad 👎👎👎👎👎
