Very inconsistent and distracting to see if App recording mileage
Notifications are annoying
You’re an insurance company, not a podcast. Stop spamming me notifications. Are my options really just disable ALL notifications or get spammed with junk messages?

The mobile app is so easy to use and you have everything right there at your finger tips if you need. I use it often.

Sudden Breaking
What ever has happened in this latest version is not cool. I really don’t like the new lay out of the trips. I do not like the delay time for checking the trip's. And why is it not being able to show trip static's more often than ever? This really feels like its not keeping me covered….
I do not agree with your analysis of sudden breaking. The only time I suddenly break is when I'm saving the life of a small child or some moron who didn't know what they were doing in the first place. I am never distracted from driving I pay very close attention to guarantee the safety of others

Organized
Being able to log into my app and see all my documents in an organized manor makes my life easier along with making changes without having to call my agent!
Dre phone operator
Dre was phenomenal. He spent so much time with me. Was so patient and very helpful. I give him a 10 out of 10. keep up the good work.
Incorrect information
It’s hard to get to any of the things I need, then when I try to call the number that’s listed it’s not in service and doesn’t work. Forced to chat and even then the connection disappears as soon as your phone screen turns black.
App never seems to work
Please make app compatible with Apple products.

Need CarPlay / Android Auto option
My wife and Always use Carplay when we are the driver and it would be nice if the App would use this to determine who the driver is so we dont have to remember to go back into the app and mark ourselves when we are the passenger. I guess since it only requires 50 trips for the 6 months we could just disable location services once we reach this threshold and then we won’t have to worry about it until the next billing cycle.

I have really enjoyed using this app. It is extremely user-friendly and easy to get a hold of my agent when I need to.
Unable
I am unable to sign into the app because of hackers they allowed me to register my account, but they’re not allowing me to login and my username and password is correct Is this something wrong with the app? Is the app down today hackers are not allowing me to sign into the app, but I can sign into the website. Is there anything wrong with the app?

Scammer Insurance
They will not pay your claim. And will give you the run around. After making you jump a million hoops. Id recommend “State Farm” “Geico” “The General”, even “United Insurance” just never make the mistake i made. Don’t go with Allstate. Please i beg you.
Good, though could use some UI changes.
I previously left a negative review because trip count in Drivewise seemingly showed 0 of 50 trips despite an extensive trip history. I see today that the reason is because it had received enough trips to receive the discount and it had actually reset a few days before I was notified. I like the app overall, but it may be beneficial to have drivewise to show something other than 0 out of 50 trips (like a checkmark instead of a red exclamation point) during this short window when data is processing for receiving the policy discount.

Terrible
They make it difficult to cancel your policy so that they can deter you from cancelling it in the first place. They’re hoping you’re too lazy and will let it auto-renew.
