No complaints!
I actually think it’s great overall. The only reason I gave it 4 is because the phone scan to enter feature never worked for me. And very recently I thought I missed a few incoming notifications but then I checked and there wasn’t any record of the event in the app at all. It got transferred to my cell and I was able to give them access so no big deal, but in rare situations when I really can’t answer the app comes in clutch. Especially in the middle of a workout class!

Needs to save password
Unlike most apps, the password is not saved so when someone rings the bell, you have to manually enter your password to see who it is. By that time, the person has walked away. The developer should try living with the app someday.

We utilize this at our condo building and love it when its functioning correctly, however thats not often comparatively. Every day i have to
Physically go to the Call Box and make sure it’s connected with my cell phone for it to show the video feed. Most often times the call will come through with the video feed will not. Which of course defeats the purpose. We have acquired a few times about why these things happen and how to fix them but have never gotten a real remedy.

Needs volume adjustment and Apple Watch compatibility
I miss almost all my calls from the intercom because I’m hard of hearing and cannot increase the volume of the chime or use flashing light mode on my iPhone. It would also help if it was Apple Watch compatible.
One of my neighbors also has an ADA issue because he is legally blind and there are no tactile buttons or audio dialing on the call box.

Doesn’t allow you to open the door
How do you open the door once the call is answered!

I am not happy with the fact that as soon as i open the door, the connection gets stopped and i can’t see what is happening at the door anymore. I must see if there is other person coming inside after the first one. I must see if the person I open the door for, gets out of the building. It is so inconvenient.

The phone app is very complicated to maneuver.. make it more user friendly
Great system but needs a few tweaks
1. The ability to import the virtual key into Apple Wallet.

Needs improvement
The system has some issues that need to be improved, for example you can't turn the volume up and down in the app and it's too low so you can barely hear when someone ring. You also can't see if someone is outside unless they ring and also suddenly one day I stopped receiving direct calls from the doorbell in the app, it just rings the phone with an unknown number. I hope they can fix the issues soon because I've already had packets lost due to not ringing the doorbell or not hearing it. I see someone made a similar comment a year ago, I hope you take it more seriously by fixing it.

Consistently Unreliable
Lately unimpressed. Often phone doesn’t ring or buzzer doesn’t work. Kind of pointless.
Bad connection
The call drops and the app will sign you out when you pick up the call.

1. App does not use keychain to remember passwords so you have to log in to the app every time someone rings the bell.
2. The developers didn’t assign associated domains within the app package so you can’t use a third party password manager to easily auto fill passwords either.
3. If you can’t type your password fast enough, the call is dropped and your visitor doesn’t get in.
4. When your visitor rings again, if the app is still up on your phone, the call will not hand off to the app. The call will ONLY hand off to the app if the app is not already open. If the app is open, it just answers via phone and opens an audio connection to the intercom so you can’t see the video.
This process plays out EVERY TIME a visitor rings the bell. At least until I reset my password to something I can type very quickly which creates its own security issues.
I really wish we had evaluated the apps more carefully when selecting this product.
