Frustrating - takes so long to open
Cannot figure out how to log in with Face ID. Have to log in with a username and password every time I open the app. In line at security? Have to step out and hit “need help remembering password”. I just want my boarding pass. Two factor authentication is unnecessary and frustrating.

Smooth to Use
The app worked well on my iPhone. It loaded quickly, an advanced to the next screens well. It was a pleasure to use.
Iphone version wouldn’t allow me to set a new password after having to call to reset my account.
There was no “continue” button. Fortunately I have a Samsung backup and the android version of the app worked. I must have spent an hour including the phone call, to get my reset “account” working. Courteous but terrible customer service. Fortunately I knew better than to answer “yes” when the automated review asked if the Rep had fixed my problem. If they don’t stay on the line with you until you have your account working or at least ask if you would like them to, they have NOT fixed the problem.

Reliable flights, friendly crews, and a strong network. The app is clean and easy—check-in, boarding passes, and flight tracking work great. AAdvantage points are solid; earning and redeeming feels fair, especially on domestic and partner awards. Overall a consistent, worthwhile choice.

why is it so impossible to get a receipt from you people? Just populate it in the app or on the website like a normal company. You have the history, don’t make it hard to find the receipt. This is ridiculous.
