Executive platinum benefits
I have been executive platinum for the past 5 years and have seen the rewards and benefits disappear year after year, it’s not an app problem but I guess we have to start somewhere.

Terrible Airline Company
The e most unprofessional and incompetent airline to function in America by far! It’s a rare event if your flight actually leaves or arrives on time! They should have went down instead of Spirit! Inconvenience is the understatement of all understatements to convey how much this airline negatively impacted me and put my job n jeopardy because of incompetence, apathy, and them just downright not caring about the people who keep them employed. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE. The few extra dollars spent with United will be WELL WORTH IT!!!

Not impressed with service!
They treat you very poorly if they delay your flight and make you stay overnight. Once had a first come first serve ticket given to me after they closed their service desk (had to call and wait and call to awhile) and it was full. Second time the shuttle was already closed so had to uber but the hotel was ok. They give yo $12 in an airport where a burger is $25 and everything is closed

Booking two tickets, one with miles
Huge inconvenience that I have to book two separate reservations when I want to book my wife with me on miles for a business trip.

First time using the app flew from Ft. Lauderdale to Charlotte then had a connecting flight to New Bern. The app was great showed me our boarding passes and which gates we needed to be at!
Horrible
Complete trash, honestly the worst airline I have ever ridden on every single time I have flown on one of their planes I have gotten delayed. I honestly would have rather walked to my destination.
