Worst app development ever
How many times do you need a dang passcode?!? Registering already had me do it 6-7 times then you gotta do every time you log in, then you gotta have a 15 character password that needs to be reset every time such a stupid app you IT needs to get it together I don’t even know why there’s 2 stars should be zero

I’ve never rated an app
But this one deserved a 1 star rating. It serves no purpose. There is never a way to successfully log in. There’s ALWAYS a bug or a “we’re sorry” message
Get the job done, but barely
Here’s a list of things that need to be fixed in the app:
- form focus at signup: while selecting different things during sign-up, the focus keeps errantly shifting to the top
- form fill keyboard: after typing on the keyboard to fill input in a form, tapping on a form button only leaves the keyboard, you have to click on the button again for it to activate
- autofill password: edge-case ,but since I had already saved my password with iOS, filling out the “set password” didn’t select the right input box (only ever selected the first box)
- EOB email: doesn’t work

Dental vision hearing insurance
Don’t get this insurance they just take your money n basically ur paying them to review (just looking at it ) your dental, vison, hearing n don’t pay anything I cancel my first month I DO NOT RECOMMEND
No ID card
I downloaded it for an ID card and the app says it can’t be used for IDs. There is a tab for IDs but it doesn’t work for me.
Trash app
It’s like going down a rabbit hole. It’s such a task just to login. My dental and vision are not linked AGAIN making it cumbersome to pay premiums in one place.
Frustrating Ameritas App
Ameritas is by far the worst working app. Everyone involved needs to be fired. Every the representatives are lacking knowledge. Fire them too!

Terrible
Terrible app, if you are even able to log in without having to reset your password every time or multiple times. Finally if you get into the app it will crash out a couple minutes into it and have to redo the whole log in reset password or be locked out and have to unlock first. So frustrating makes me want to cancel my entire insurance plan which is terrible also. Seems as though they don’t want you to log in your own account and see how they don’t cover anything!

App doesn’t open
You enter your user name and password and are greeted by a blank screen
APP DOES NOT WORK!
App used to work fine now whenever it opens it say’s to update the app but when I click update there is ZERO update on the store only saying to open the app which creates an infinite cycle of bs
Buggy, barely functional
Just downloaded and installed it. Setting up your account is buggy requiring multiple extra taps for no apparent reason. First time logging in, I tried to view my account info and just got the never-ending spinny wheel. Closed out the app, tried again, and was directed to a black screen with no way back, so force quit the app again. Third time, it seemed to work, I could see my benefits, but then I tried the “add my card to wallet” function and that gave an error as well, so big failure for a company that makes billions of dollars off of people’s fear and desire to not suffer or die from an injury or disease.

Nice improvement
Really appreciate the addition of ID cards & ability to add them to my wallet. I would love the option to share the card to my dependents for them save in their wallet.

App never works
The app never works for me. Keeps telling me my user name or password is wrong. I've changed my password 3 times today and it still isn't working. It works on a browser but not on the app. Had this problem before as well.

Thanks for the notification that you were gonna double charge when my bank texted me of the transactions. I started to freak out and had to go look that you charged me for November and December when I pay by the month.

Useless App
App keeps notifying me my login credentials are wrong and AGAIN have to reset OR create a new account. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
