No support response
A clunky broken mess not worth the price.
Trash
Here is a suggestion for your app, if you are going to make a product that the judicial system recommends you should probably make that product 100% free. Another suggestion is adding some type of voicemail when you try to call the coparent and they do not answer.
Garbage App
It’s decent
Investment firm switch from free to very very expensive
Then they rolled out subscription pricing that is the most expensive of all out there. Not only do the two parents pay, which is expected, but every single guest or third party must pay. The same price. So grandparents, aunt and uncles and any other care giver that needs to be in the communication loop. Same single child account but monthly payments from everyone involved. Even if they use it sparingly.
We dumped it and moved on.

A disgraceful app which loses the recoding and then ignores you when you try to complain
This app is horrible. They’re not even trying to update it.

Missing Records & Poor Customer Service
No support response
Stop logging me out
No longer works for coparent
Needs updating
The app needs to be useable for the chat feature on smart watches. It would be so much handier and better.
Also the chat feature can load slow and make images hard to view.
Inconsistent notifications
Not receiving notifications
Doesnt work, no customer support
10/10 it’s a No for me.
Poor Customer Support
I’ve been having a bug issue for over a month, related to notifications. I contacted AppClose directly for customer support. After providing them with all relevant info that they asked for, the issue has still not been resolved. I followed up with them, and all I received is a canned, generic response. No resolution or update to my issue, even though they promise to “fix any issues right away”, as explained in the App Store. I don’t understand the delay or the lack of customer support.
Here is the canned, generic response I received: “We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing a solution. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and are actively working to resolve the issue.” Translation: We don’t care about the issues you’re experiencing, and are unable to provide a resolution. We do not value you as a customer.
Looking at other customer reviews, there seems to be a common theme. Too many bugs, not enough support.
My advice, if you are a parent looking for a co-parenting app, especially if it’s going to be court-ordered, look elsewhere. Recommend a different app to be used with the court, citing that AppClose has too many bugs and does not provide adequate customer support. Buyers beware!
It seems this company bit off more than it can chew.
