Cannot even login
The service forced you (no option to not “try the app version”) to download the app that cannot even make me logged into my account. What’s the use of this? Just make a better mobile web version.

This App is excellent for helping to run, manage and overview the business spending whilst on the move and have a good insight into the day to day activities of our business… from how we used to manage our spending and purchase order process to implementing ApprovalMax across our business units, this has made the entire process much more manageable, effortless and auditable… couldn’t recommend highly enough for the efficacy it has brought to our entire business.

Mobile app is slick
I have used the online version of ApprovalMax and experienced some initial authentication issues. By contrast, the mobile app is slick, extremely fast and no doubt equally secure. I especially like the alerts so you can approve a payment quickly. Highly recommended.
Was great, now awful
For the first time in forever I loved the fact that I could open the app and approve expenses of people in our business very easily, even opening the receipts if I needed to.
Now, though, it is completely unusable due to the addition of two factor authentication- which simply fails. Not just for me but for colleagues as well.
If only this could be rolled back. So sad.

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t even allow me to login. It jumps to Chrome on login and dies.
Constant crashes
Crashes every time I try select a vendor, doesn’t calculate tax correctly been constant issues. Same for several of my colleagues

Very easy to approve spends, check against original invoices. Saves time. Clear layout.

Enough functionality to do what you need to do. But not overly complicated so that it’s really slow. Great app layout!
Good but please make an iPad version
Would work well on an iPhone but resolution poor when blown up onto an iPad and looses functionality of iPad e.g. keyboard etc. Should be an easy fix. Please sort. Thanks.

This is the best Software on the market that integrates with Xero perfectly allowing for a mobile workforce and great approval and control processes.
