discovered in 2022 now I’m locking in

It’s a very good app

I’ve been using this app now for the last 2/3 years and it’s been simply lovely. It’s got a vast variety of exercises and the only improvement I could ask for is really in the free planthe option to make my own exercises and then what muscle they target. Other than that it’s a great app and I recommend it to anyone.

New app can not use without paying

Trying to see someone else on this app because I’ve used it for a couple years and they added features to where it’s impossible to get started without signing up for a subscription

Over complicated

Not sure why it has to ask you so many questions before you even sign up, after going through the process 5 times still would come up with errors when getting to the final stage .
