What's New in Arrow

3.0.9

July 18, 2026

Thank you for your continued support for Arrow. We are working hard to help you reach your health & fitness goals. This update introduces our Arrow Score, a single number that reflects how your training measures up against your goals and updates as you train, alongside your new AI-powered Arrow Coach, which analyzes your training and health data to surface insights and specific recommendations for improving your workouts. These are powered by new data displays: a muscle recovery chart showing which muscle groups are ready to train and which need more time, a muscle growth chart that uses your weekly set counts to flag where you're undertrained, and a health impact section connecting your workouts to broader health markers.

Weekly Quests

This app records your PRs, volume lifted, what muscles you’ve activated, your progress over time on a certain movement, etc. It’s great but I think a good QOL update to this app would be removing cardio as a requirement to finish all your weekly quests. This is because you must have a membership to log an activity which is apart of the weekly quests, so I don’t think it’s fair for the weekly feature to be locked behind a pay wall. A good way to counter this would be making it free to log an activity or to allow you to reroll certain things in the weekly quest so you can finish them without paying money. Thanks.

Great app

Great app, just needs a social leaderboard where you can view others pages to observe progress and follow new people

Charged £79.99 for no reason

I have used this app for over a year now and I got a new debit card so when I went to renew my subscription a free trial shown so I subscribed and was charged £79.99 and now I’ve been told that it’s not eligible for a refund and not given a reason

App is not working

It keeps taking me back to create my plan. MORE THAN 10 TIMES. IM DONE AND TIRED SICK OF THIS

Not for advanced fitness enthusiasts

This app is very limited in exercises. It designed a workout for me including equipment that I hadn’t selected.
