Redirect issue
Very frustrated by the app. When I try to log in via the browser it takes me to the app, when I try to sign in the app, it redirects to the browser. Been like this for months which is truly frustrating.
Don’t waste your time thinking the unpaid version has one iota of usefulness
What a waste of my time this was.
HORRIBLE
Used for one day, charged me for a year wouldn’t refund. Told them to cancel my account then charged me AGAIN for a year a year later. Paid for two year subscription and there’s no where to cancel on the app. Horrible customer service, horrible app. Unbelievable. This app is a scam

When I’m using the app and try to take pictures to ad them to a task the apps freeze and I have to close it and open it again
Just pull the iPhone app off the market if you can’t do it right
The desktop app is great and the iPhone app shouldn’t even exist at this point.
I continue to marvel at how a publicly traded well funded business can justify putting out an iPhone app that does practically none of what the desktop version does. The whole point of an iPhone app is so that I can continue working when I am not at my desk.
Somehow they keep on making it worse and worse though. I just discovered today that you literally can’t edit a task on the phone anymore.
Try it for yourself it’s bizarre and hilarious! You get a little pop-up that says “ not available on mobile” when you try to hit the little pencil to edit your task

Wouldn't refund after a month of AI only customer service
Basically terrible customer service. I can get the same services through clickup for free. Nah humbug
Camera broken
This all was pretty decent for a while, it got the job done more or less. With the last 2 updates though, every time you take a picture or even just open the camera, the entire app freezes and you have to force quit out. Sometimes the photo saves sometimes it doesn’t, but it freezes 100% of the time.

Avoid this application
They make it exceptionally difficult—if not impossible—to cancel your account. This is my third day trying to cancel mine, and I’m still being bounced between departments.
At first, I thought I might come back someday. Not anymore.
If my account isn’t canceled and I end up being charged, I’ll report it to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this software.

Project Creation
I can’t create a project in my portfolio from my mobile app.
Taking in app photos
This app wastes time. For the love of god don’t try taking a picture with the app to upload to a task. You’ll have to close the entire app just to reopen and go back to that task for you to unfreeze the page and the picture to be in the comments. Always take pictures on your camera and then upload those.

Horrible customer service
I can’t change my billing from within the app. They make it very hard to reach a human to do anything related to customer service but you best believe they get their money first. No other options to verify identity. Just a good app to work with but horrible customer support and experience.

App constantly freezes on mobile - requiring a force quit. This is a great organization and task managing app, if only it were usable.

Great for loading tasks. If you work on a team, you can’t delegate out and also see it easily. Impossible to cancel the paid subscription.
Account Deletion Issue
I created this account because it was required while applying for a job. I wasn’t able to apply, and now I can’t delete the account either because I keep getting an error message every time I try.
