Absolutely hate this app. Just allow users to use the web version on their phone.

I signed up for this service for a project starting in August.
However, the level of support provided by the Japan Help Desk has been far below expectations, and it has significantly impacted my work. Under these circumstances, would it be possible to request a refund?
Since this is affecting my ability to carry out my work, I would like to move to a different platform instead.

Redirect issue
Very frustrated by the app. When I try to log in via the browser it takes me to the app, when I try to sign in the app, it redirects to the browser. Been like this for months which is truly frustrating.
Don’t waste your time thinking the unpaid version has one iota of usefulness
What a waste of my time this was.
HORRIBLE
Used for one day, charged me for a year wouldn’t refund. Told them to cancel my account then charged me AGAIN for a year a year later. Paid for two year subscription and there’s no where to cancel on the app. Horrible customer service, horrible app. Unbelievable. This app is a scam
