Needs Major Impovement
The only reliable part of this app is pulling up my insurance card.
I tried to schedule a doctors appointment through the app with providers who showed availability for my selected day. After selecting one, I would fill out all of my information, I was told they weren’t actually available that day, and the next opening was two months later. This happened multiple times.
This app is meant to make things easier and more convenient, but it misses the mark in many ways. The appointment availability should be accurate before users enter in all of their information.
Also, setting up prescriptions through this app is a hot mess. Overall, this app has a lot of room for improvement before it can be considered convenient or reliable.

Login doesn’t work
Unable to login with manual or Face ID. When tapping on either cta a second loader displays and disappears and nothing happens same splash screen is shown
Someone help me.
I had a terrible time trying to change email address and found the right person to help me.

Terrible customer service !!!
You call customer service because you’re having trouble with the patient portal, but the staff who answer are always in a bad mood and say they can't help—telling you to call another department but not knowing the phone number—and when they transfer you, the person who answers says the exact same thing. I’ve called over 40 times in the last two months, and it’s always the same story!
Llamas a servicio al cliente porque tienes problemas con el portal del paciente y las empleadas que contestan siempre están de mal humor y dicen que no pueden ayudar, que llame a otra áreabque tampoco se saben el número de teléfono y cuando te transfieren te contesta otra que dice lo mismo. He llamado por dos meses mas de 40 veces y siempre es lo mismo !!!

Useless
I use the patient portal and Healow app. They are very useful, however this app is totally useless to me.
On signup, I completed my profile including my doctor, medical insurance, etc. My identity was verified, yet I can't get my appointments, health records, or prescriptions - they are all blank.
I would give it a big fat zero and recommend not installing this app.

Paperless Billing Impossible Paper Billing
I logged into my account, it wanted to disable paper billing, went to save the option to keep paper billing enabled and encountered an error.
Disabled paper billing, option was accepted, but it’s not possible to enable it.
I don’t pay bills by text messages due to amount of scams that exist.

Can’t even log in
After clicking the login button the page just reloads and flashes. Unable to login to do anything making the app useless.
Love this hospital
I had an MRI on my heart and I had contact with 5 different employees, and I can honestly say it was refreshing to have everyone I came into contact with, ALL very polite, courteous and explained everything to me, which I appreciated because they made me feel comfortable. Great Employees and a Great hospital!

My time at Ascension St Thomas Midtown Hospital was A+!! Every single person we encountered from registration, CNA, EKG tech, phlebotomist, nurse, anesthesiologist, nurse practitioner, cardiologists etc etc were so super nice and professional. Highly recommend!

This app is useless. One minute it’s working and then the next it’s not. Billing tracking is terrible. Always paid my copayments upfront and then getting billing statements from different agencies months later. Can’t even sign into my account from the app or browser. Think I’m about done with Ascension. Customer service is great, but their billing system sucks. Not wasting anymore money on popup side charges.

Surgery
Never a great day to have surgery but last Wednesday I had prolapse surgery. I’ve had many surgeries over the years but this one just had me very anxious, to say the least. Very stressed! But from the time I was taken back to be prepared I felt so much better. Emily was the best! I felt in good hands throughout the entire procedure. The staff was incredible! I highly recommend Dr. Chesney for any of your GYN procedures. Couldn’t have been in better hands.

Unusable
I regularly have issues accessing my children’s linked files. The billing function worked for a while, but now it shows my account isn’t linked. Even after putting in an account or billing number, it says to try again later. After reviewing FAQ’s and contacting the help number listed, I was told that representative could not do anything to help with billing, even after explaining I just wanted the bills to populate in the app. The app always redirects me to login to the old billing portal. I haven’t been able to message my care team, even by going to the doctor’s profile and selecting “message” directly. When I go to write the message, the doctor’s name disappears and when I try to select who to send the message to no doctor’s appear in my “care team”. If I go to the tab to look at my care team, they are listed there. If I have to go to a separate billing sight and have to call to communicate with my doctor or access my children’s health records, what is the point of this all-in-one app? I’ve submitted feedback in the app multiple times and have never been contacted.

Weird billing, weird startup
Why does your app startup hijack audio? Please fix that. Also this has to be one of the worst billing experiences I’ve ever seen in medical billing. The payment plan isn’t auto pay by default (that makes no sense), you have to call someone and then it disappears from the app so it’s impossible to see what you owe monthly at a glance. Also you have to call the exact right number to set up a payment plan with auto pay it’s different for every type of service.

Total useless, freezes up when trying to log in asking to turn on biometrics when they’re already on. Developers need to remove or fix it. (IPhone)
