Doesn’t open
This app will not work. I have an account. I have an invite from my doctor office. I’ve done everything I need to do to set it up. It allows me to sign in and then opens a new page which just sits there blank.

Severely Lacking
I would’ve given this a one star, but it does have some features that are useful such as the labs reporters and provider messaging. This app is severely lacking in key issues like appointment scheduling, seeing upcoming appointments and a cohesive flow to the overall information. The app will often get stuck when looking at the provider list not allowing me to scroll down to the next provider. Upcoming appointments only show the date of the appointment, not the time or location. Also, upcoming appointments are not centrally located. To see an appointment you have to click on each individual provider to see it. Having a extensive list of upcoming appointments for all providers would be a huge benefit. Overall the app is subpar for a medical group of such high quality.

Still struggling with it some
My physician had to help me to get it completed. It used terms I’m not familiar with so I didn’t understand really what it wanted. My physician completed it for me.
Plus, I have always handled my own AND my husband’s. I’m not sure how to do that(& he hasn’t bothered to set up his own yet). Also, I suspect he won’t bother to utilize the system himself.

Can’t upload ID
Unable to use the app ..I’ve uploaded my ID multiple times, yet every time I open the app, it asks me to verify my identity and upload images...again! I can’t get past this point no matter what I try. Useless.

Needs Major Impovement
The only reliable part of this app is pulling up my insurance card.
I tried to schedule a doctors appointment through the app with providers who showed availability for my selected day. After selecting one, I would fill out all of my information, I was told they weren’t actually available that day, and the next opening was two months later. This happened multiple times.
This app is meant to make things easier and more convenient, but it misses the mark in many ways. The appointment availability should be accurate before users enter in all of their information.
Also, setting up prescriptions through this app is a hot mess. Overall, this app has a lot of room for improvement before it can be considered convenient or reliable.

Login doesn’t work
Unable to login with manual or Face ID. When tapping on either cta a second loader displays and disappears and nothing happens same splash screen is shown

You call customer service because you’re having trouble with the patient portal, but the staff who answer are always in a bad mood and say they can't help—telling you to call another department but not knowing the phone number—and when they transfer you, the person who answers says the exact same thing. I’ve called over 40 times in the last two months, and it’s always the same story!
Llamas a servicio al cliente porque tienes problemas con el portal del paciente y las empleadas que contestan siempre están de mal humor y dicen que no pueden ayudar, que llame a otra áreabque tampoco se saben el número de teléfono y cuando te transfieren te contesta otra que dice lo mismo. He llamado por dos meses mas de 40 veces y siempre es lo mismo !!!

Useless
I use the patient portal and Healow app. They are very useful, however this app is totally useless to me.
On signup, I completed my profile including my doctor, medical insurance, etc. My identity was verified, yet I can't get my appointments, health records, or prescriptions - they are all blank.
I would give it a big fat zero and recommend not installing this app.

Paperless Billing Impossible Paper Billing
I logged into my account, it wanted to disable paper billing, went to save the option to keep paper billing enabled and encountered an error.
Disabled paper billing, option was accepted, but it’s not possible to enable it.
I don’t pay bills by text messages due to amount of scams that exist.

Can’t even log in
After clicking the login button the page just reloads and flashes. Unable to login to do anything making the app useless.
Love this hospital
I had an MRI on my heart and I had contact with 5 different employees, and I can honestly say it was refreshing to have everyone I came into contact with, ALL very polite, courteous and explained everything to me, which I appreciated because they made me feel comfortable. Great Employees and a Great hospital!

My time at Ascension St Thomas Midtown Hospital was A+!! Every single person we encountered from registration, CNA, EKG tech, phlebotomist, nurse, anesthesiologist, nurse practitioner, cardiologists etc etc were so super nice and professional. Highly recommend!
