Very Poor Transfer Service – Money Still Not Received
If you are planning to use this app for an urgent money transfer, I strongly recommend not relying on it. The transfer process is extremely slow, and the money does not arrive when you actually need it.
I made a transfer on Saturday night, and even now on Monday, the amount has still not been credited. This delay has caused serious inconvenience and affected all of my plans and requirements.
For an urgent money transfer service, such delays are completely unacceptable. If you need your money to reach you on time, do not depend on this app. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend it for urgent transfers.

Great rates, but poor reliability
Aspora has a great app concept and offers excellent forex conversion rates that are very competitive with Google rates. Unfortunately, the app is highly unreliable, which makes it difficult to trust for important money transfers.
I’ve repeatedly experienced authentication failures even when entering the correct OTP, both via phone and email. Customer support is also poor, with no option to speak to someone over the phone.
The first transfer is particularly painful due to the identity verification process, especially for users who already have accounts and completed verification with other money-transfer apps. Even worse, my transfers have silently failed after a day without any notification. This happened repeatedly, and I eventually learned that there was an issue between Aspora and Chase Bank.
The forex rates are great, but reliability and customer support are far more important when dealing with money. I hope Aspora addresses these issues soon, because the service has significant potential if these problems are fixed.
