Awful interface and the worst customer service

They got me to sign the contract, then took three days to get back with me after I electronically signed. I am the one that has to reach back out. Afterwards, it took two weeks for them to send me the welcome email after I had to reach out myself a couple times for an update. It felt very unprofessional that I had to do all the follow up. I was told they were having technical issues after I reached out and this went on for those two weeks. Immediately regretted signed the contract because we ere already off to a very unreliable start. We we finally got the welcome email to get our account set up and ported our number, the interface was not working with our company, they didn’t tell us how SMS would work prior to me signing the contract, and I felt very misled during the sales pitch that this would provide what we needed for our business. Afterwards I shopped around and needed to port my number out and I spoke with eight different people until eventually guided me to a chat that could try to help me. They make it extremely difficult for you to get out of there system. I didn’t even care about any fees for breaking contract at this point because the experience has been so awful. I was just ready to be out. You have to talk to at least 20 different people before you can even get any help. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been with AT&T my entire life and they’ve always been very helpful when it came to our personal lines, but Office@Hand is awful. Do not get this. Please get the service elsewhere and save yourself the headache. All they wanna do is lock you into a 12 month contract and forget about you.

Horrible

I have a small business and can NEVER forward calls as I was informed could. It’s useless phone system, do not buy.

App is not working

I work as an independent contractor for a company in the US and I’m located in the Dominican Republic. App is showing an issue “Network error, tap to entry” and when I tap to entry it keeps showing the same message. I have been trying to get in contact with the help center through an option in the app but it never opens.

This is the second time I experienced it, the first time it got fixed by itself the same day but now I have been unable to work properly since 3 days ago. I need to get it fixed.

Fantastic application. The up time, feature rich interface and over all usage and performance is top notch

Spam warning

No matter what we do. We cannot get our number to stop showing up as spam when we call a client. Very frustrating. We have registered our number and everything.

Cannot use legacy admin tools

I believe the latest update has created issues w accessing legacy admin tools where custom rules and call handling options are- rendering the app useless to me. I have tried logging out and back in, restarting my phone, getting off WiFi. Everything possible and cannot resolve the issue.

This app is the bane of my existence. I work remote and need it daily to place calls. 90% of the time I can’t dial out. It’s very frustrating and I don’t know what to do so that it works consistently.

This doesn’t work

Unable to send texts for months. Multiple updates later. Still happening. It’s been a year. My company hasn’t changed services. This is shameful.

Calls don’t show up

Although I love this app because I can delete my office phone on my desk, I find it annoying when you are calling someone and the call goes through but the app doesn’t show you are actually on a call! I have to close the app to end the call and re-open the app again. Please fix or I won’t be able to use this app.

Ongoing complete inability to send texts for MONTHS. No fixes despite numerous calls to customer service.

Office@Hand

I’m an office manager and this App works great if I need to step away from my phone, I just wish I could transfer calls with the app because my coworkers never pay attention to the parked calls.

Do Not Get This Service

AT&T provides horrible service and does not care that they ripped me off. They could not install my service and will not allow me to return the phone they told me I had to have to use the service. I never got one second of AT&T service and am stuck with a phone I do not want or need and they don’t care. I feel like I got tricked into buying snake oil. Many many many hours of time on the phone for nothing. I’ll pay the bill and my office will NEVER use an AT&T product again unless we have no other option.

Ongoing complete inability to send texts for MONTHS

Very unstable

Very unstable and glitchy app.

Convenient But Lacking

I’m away from my desk for at least 60% of the day, so being reachable has been a huge improvement. That said, the touch screen does not mute itself when held to my face and I’m on a call. I’ve muted myself three times and put one call on hold, and it’s only been two weeks. This is the one major flaw, but it’s a flaw that will cause me to use the app less.

TERRIBLE

I had such high hopes for this to work. It took MONTHS to try and figure out how to allow my clients to text me and for our company to have the capability to text them. They asked us for info which we provided and it was never resolved. It took 4 calls just to reach out to them and cancel the service. Someone would answer the call and disconnect the call. I spent hundreds on a system that NEVER worked for my company. I’d rather go back to Google Voice than ever give this company one red cent again. I left Google Voice ONLY because we thought we could elevate the company image by using Office At Hand - BIG MISTAKE

Run away from this app

I repeat do not get this app. I have spent five hours trying to get someone online to cancel or pay a bill or even get technical support since they decided to remove my text messaging features although I’m a brick and mortar service based Fitness Studio. They also increase the bill without notice and removed my online billing.
