Does not work
The app is completely useless. I am not able to use any feature in my iphone (maps, charges, menus) useless!!!

This is literally the most useless app I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to download. I use an iPhone 11.
I asked for a map to get acquainted with the property, and the front desk told me to use the app. The map was impossible to navigate and provided no information.
I could never see what reservations I had made which meant I had to leave my room to find a kiosk where I could check and confirm the time of dinner reservations. Don’t waste the space or effort to download this. It is not going to help your trip be more enjoyable.

Needs extensive improvement
This app is almost unusable on my iPhone 8. Yes, it is old but newer models have the same dimensions. I am unsure what is located off screen to the right and bottom. Any charges are completely off screen. Food menus all display an error box. The map does not have a tab to display restaurants. We cannot determine how to visit estudio when we are staying at the adult atelier side. The map should help.

Amazing idea in concept but when I put in my check-in info and confirmation I get a “Kids Activities” error and can’t log in. Hope this can be fixed before the end of my stay...
