Atlys is a Scam!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Atlys for my Norway Schengen visa application.
Before submitting my application, I contacted Atlys multiple times because I wanted to ensure my application was prepared correctly. I specifically explained that I also had plans to travel to Spain in September 2026 and wanted to understand whether the travel dates in my application would affect my visa validity.
On every occasion, I was confidently advised that I could choose any travel dates for the application and simply change my travel plans after the visa was issued. Atlys also prepared dummy flight tickets and hotel bookings based on that advice.
Even on the day of my VFS appointment, when I became concerned and contacted Atlys again, a supervisor reassured me that only one trip had been included intentionally and that I would receive a multiple-entry Schengen visa with a minimum validity of 90 days. Based on these repeated assurances, I trusted their expertise.
The outcome was completely different.
I received a Schengen visa that is valid for only 17 days. As a result, my planned Spain trip can no longer be covered by this visa, despite having clearly informed Atlys about those travel plans before applying. I have also already booked Spain flight tickets based on the advice I received, and those bookings are now of no practical use. Even travelling to Norway during the visa validity period has become much more expensive because flight prices have increased significantly.
The most frustrating part is that I paid Atlys because I expected professional guidance. If I had been correctly advised from the beginning, I would have structured my application differently or included all of my planned travel. Instead, I relied on repeated assurances that turned out not to match the outcome of my application.
I have now submitted a formal complaint to Atlys and requested that they review the recordings of our phone conversations, as I believe those calls accurately reflect the advice I was given. I have also requested a full refund of the fees I paid for their service or an appropriate resolution to help rectify the situation.
I understand that visa decisions are ultimately made by the relevant embassy or consulate, not by Atlys. However, my dissatisfaction is with the quality of the advice and guidance I received from Atlys, which I relied upon when making important travel and financial decisions.
I hope Atlys investigates my complaint thoroughly and improves the quality and accuracy of the advice provided to future customers. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend using this service.

Months ago I applied for visas for me and my son. They were cancelled and I spent months trying to get a refund. So many different people claim to help in one chat convo and say the refund is on the way or is being processed and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I just gave up. Total waste.

HONGKONG VISA ISSUE Resolved Promptly!
I had my PAR which I was not able to retrieve through some app issue in MMT, I called their emergency visa assistance number . The call was immediately attended by Simran and the issue was solved in less than 6 hours by miss Ritu Simha from their Visa assistance team . Their team and she was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process and guided me through the steps and even called back to tell me to download the PAR.
