Stuck in infinite loop / bug
Signed up, but when logging in I get stuck wait and waiting for it to complete. (5-10 min of watching the “spinner”). And, app is completely worthless without logging in, so…
Terrible App
This app was already bad - I was constantly having to re-enter information previously input multiple times. Now it won’t even let me login. I just get an error message and coding garble. If I didn’t live in Austria, I would not fly this airline again.
Impossible to log in
This app isn’t functional at all. Without logging in, it doesn’t do anything, and when I enter my login details, it just freezes.
Worst app ever
You can’t just download the app and use it for individual bookings that you make you have to become a member or subscribe to some third-party identification website. It’s just Austrian ridiculousness.

Obligatoire de s’inscrire à leur programme de fidélité pour pouvoir utiliser l’application, même si on souhaite simplement s’enregistrer. J’ai effacé l’application directement (ce qui est une bonne chose car l’app est plutôt obèse).

As someone who has travelled quite a fair bit, I must say this has been one of the most efficient and easiest airport and boarding processes I have experienced .
I felt compelled to write this review as soon as I boarded the aircraft because I was genuinely so pleased with how smooth everything was from start to finish. The entire experience up to boarding was exceptionally well organised and stress-free.
I was also warmly greeted by a very smart stewardess with a beautiful smile, which made the experience even more welcoming.

Sehr gute Informationen vor dem Flug. Selbst erklärende App mit sehr guter Flugbegleitung durch laufend aktualisierte Mitteilungen. An Bord gibt’s sogar während eines Kurzstreckenfluges kostenlos gutes Vösslauer. Da ich die App nun habe, buche ich künftig bevorzugt meine Flüge über Austrian Airlines.

I flew from Vienna to Washington DC today. Austrian airline crew was professional. Flight attend attendance for friendly and attentive, and the food was very good.
Makes you register, no functionality without
One of the most useless airline apps out there. No guest check in, nothing, they want to force you to create an account. Without one you won’t even see flight status. Deleted it and use web site. Stupid app.

I cannot fault a single thing! Flying with Austrian is stress free from the moment you arrive at the airport. Easy checking in, polite staff and excellent app for everything online. As a regular flyer from London to Vienna I choose Austrian every time!

The app is easy to navigate even when booking for someone else. The real time gate updates are beneficial if you have a tight connection.

Latest version crashes on boot
The latest version of the app (I have updated today) always crashes on launch after showing the splash screen. The app is unusable. Rebooting the phone doesn’t help. All other apps work fine. Does this app have a QA team? 🙁

It’s rare I write a review - but I do travel a lot. Best airline App I have come across in a long time. My first time on Austrian and I am impressed not only with the ease of use app, but the entire process
