Limited policy access
The Auto Owner app will no let me add my umbrella police so I can pay my bill. I’ve gotten a bill with little information on paying it. It’s past due and I need to pay it but why wouldn’t you make it easier to pay the bill. Not very smart and makes me question your acumen.

This insurance acts quickly if you are in an accident, but even if you are not at fault the insurance goes up ridiculously high. That is why only 3 stars.
Rate too high
I drive a little over 2000 miles per year. I should get a discount for that

The app is easy to use. I have a hard time, though, finding the actual policy terms anywhere.
Crashing
Will not run on iPhone 16. Deleted and reinstalled no luck.
Update
Sad when an update eliminates users that do not need or want to spend money on new hand held devices when their existing device works for its principal purpose.
Makes one wonder if you truly want the elderly as your customer. You know those older folks that probably have more disposable assets then the young technology up to date youngsters.

Have increased my insurance payment from 1200 to 1950 in 4 years.
Going paperless did NOT work
I missed the email of a bill sent in May; so I’m going back to paper.

I have this insurance company for a few yrs now I’ve had different vehicles added with no issues love there app which allows you to add insurance when there closed or wkends if your buying a car from a private seller you can add insurance so you won’t get in trouble due to not having a tag but also they have great prices the people are great there Russell is A1 helped get things that wasn’t correct through the dmv fixed but I gave 4 stars due to feeling like my insurance should have dropped in price like after the first yr I had it I’ve had no tickets etc since having the insurance but still a great company this far also in the first yr I’ve had 2 or 3 tow truck tows and wasn’t getting any emails or letters about dropping or raising my price of insurance as ive heard the story’s of other companies not this one is recommend to anyone

Can’t see my policies or add them in the app
I can’t see my policies tied to my account when I use the app. If I login on desktop, they are there. If I try to add the policy to my account using the app, it gives me an error. If I try to login from a mobile browser, it deep links me into the app and I can’t see any of my policy information. Really useless app. My only choice will be to delete it, so I can at least use a mobile browser to access my account.

Needed help
I tried and tried to call the billing to make a payment kept repeating the same message. I’m sorry I paid late but I had to wait until check came in.
