Notifications?

Agree with all of the negative reviews, but I would just be happy if it had notifications. It’s 2026, for a PSA mobile app to have zero notification capabilities is a real miss, especially for a company with the resources like Kaseya.

App stabilized

I’m no longer having to delete the app and request for fixing something when dev releases new update. One star reviews for complaining about one off features when the app as a whole finally functions well is very useful is simply not helpful.

App functionality

For the amount of money that you spend to use the applications attached with this app for how this app functions is extremely sad. I constantly have to re-add my time re-add my notes redo everything redo everything redo everything again just like that in order for me to save my time so my company can move forward and close the ticket. Can you guys please do something and improve your apps flow. I got full bars in the access as if I have no signal.

Limited to useless

Used it be OK for checking for any urgent tickets on the go but now flat out can log in due to a server error.

Single sign on?

Where’s the SSO support for Autotask users using Office 365 accounts to sign in?

Keeps signing out

App keeps asking for authorisation and signs me out despite hitting remember me and enabling Face ID

If it works at all, it is a frustration to use

The app asks every time you log in if you want to enable biometric login - answering yes does nothing. You continue to be prompted to set up biometric login AND provide your MFA code.

Taps on menu items / submission buttons do not register as taps. You have to continually tap ‘around’ the button to hit whatever pixel has become the activation point for the button. In many cases this is near the still-functional navigation bar at the top, it will take you away from the form you are trying to submit, causing data loss.

You will frequently need to close the app and reopen in order to reattempt getting to the data you want to navigate to due to endless loading and blank screens (on WiFi, not just cellular)

Can’t log in

Can’t even login. Just sits at loading screen after entering credentials.

Crashes way too much

I appreciate an iOS app but it is incredibly frustrating that this app crashes all the time when editing tickets. It is rare that I can put ticket notes in without it crashing wasting 5-10 minutes of time if doing extensive ticket notes.

The latest update has made the software completely unusable.

Since the new update was pushed to my cell phone, the app does nothing now except open and then immediately close. It is completely useless. More useless than it has ever been. And that, is actually saying something.
There are so many ways that this app could be improved. I almost don’t know where to begin however, I will start with something obscenely obvious.
Instead of having it be dependent upon being online in order to function, allow an off-line function that will let you fill out the ticket and save the ticket locally and when Internet service or Wi-Fi service or phone service is restored then it can upload the data and complete the ticket.
Over the years, I have had so many tickets that have had so much information lost because the cell phone lost connectivity or the system froze up. I have since lost count.

Bad app

Constantly logs me out after a fee minutes and keeps resetting the biometrics option as if I never configured it even though I have the keep me logged in and biometrics options both enabled.

Adding notes to tickets is also buggy as more often than not the app will just freeze and won’t let you click on save.

Absolute garbage

Have spoken with various Datto/Kaseya reps for years about this app and the numerous issues it has (approving O365 SSO constantly, issues with opening ticket links into the app, etc) with absolutely zero improvements.

Seems like it would have made more sense for Kaseya to just rework Autotask to be mobile friendly, but doesn’t seem like they can be bothered to do much else than add more 3-year contracts, and buy up more small tech companies

Functional for daily activities

“Useless” is a strong word for an app I use on a daily basis. I have definitely pushed the team to fix the bugs; and they have for the most part. I do find myself deleting the app every six months for trying to resolve the latest glitch. Anyway, i highly recommend this app for people on the go.

Not a very functional application

Although Autotask itself pretty well designed system, it leaves a lot to desire for in his mobile app at least on iOS. I’ve been using it for two years on iPhone 13 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max basic functionalities that just don’t work!
At the time of writing this, go ahead and create a new ticket and try to add a service call to the service call just seem to work!
I’ve never been able to find different sites from the mobile app. Let’s say you’re on the road and try to find one of the branch offices for a client. Good luck!

Terrible Company

Stay far away from Kaseya products. This app constantly asks you to sign in even though you’ve enabled touch-id or emotion scanner. We’ve submitted bug reports for this and they say it’s a “feature” to have to sign in every time you open the app. The product has gone downhill ever since Kaseya bought them out. Look elsewhere!

Embarrassing

The lack of development with this app has become embarrassing, yet again.

Datto finally started to gain some momentum, but as soon as Kaseya acquired them, all development has again ceased.

Numerous bugs, lack of basic functionality, lack of a modern UI… the list goes on and on. Just trying to edit fields in any given ticket will return “failed to save due to conflict” nearly 50% of the time, but the wizard to resolve the conflict fails 100% of the time. And that’s just one tiny example amidst a haystack of problems.

Put some freaking Dev resources on this and get it done, Kaseya. You guys are embarrassing yourselves.

Surprisingly Terrible

It seems every company makes an app just to have one. That was when IT owners goto purchase a ticketing system Autotask can say, “and look!! we have an application as well.” but if you barely scrape beneath the surface you’ll realize exactly what this app was intended for. getting sales. the app is a meme because it’s complete garbage lol.

Why 2fa every time

What’s the point of Touch ID if I have to enter the 2fa code every time. Extend amount of time before new session login is required.

Trash. Don’t bother

First - click a link to open a ticket, go tot the App Store EVERYTIME to reload.

2nd edit ticket, try to assign get caught in a loop to “resolve conflict.” You cannot get out. Close app

Hope it’s better in a few months, go back to step one

Repeat.

What absolute trash.

Can’t do anything useful

Completely locked down even if you have normal Autotask functionality. Either give us the options or make the main site mobile friendly.
