Terrible App - Never Works
Worst app ever. Never works. I have to constantly delete and redownload. I hate it.
App wont open
The app wont open on the new iPhone 17
Poor quality
This app is unreliable. I have to constantly close the app and reopen for each individual voicemail. I have contacted support for b-hive several times and have had no resolution of this issue. They assured me that this platform was much more stable than Yiptel and that I would not continue having these issues.

One way texting
This is the worst app on my phone. We can receive incoming texts but we can’t send out so we’re to give out out personal phone numbers if we want to text with clients and vendors. The font size is too small and there is no option to zoom in or enlarge it.

Broadvoice provided the necessary phone solutions for my business. Very happy.

Unable to transfer calls
I’m unable to transfer calls when using the app to other coworker’s extensions or park the call. Always lose the call when I try transferring. This has to be fixed.
This app has too many bugs in it.
I have had to change my password at least twice with this and I’ve only had it about 2 weeks. It will not log me in. I’m not receiving phone calls and cannot use it when I work from home. Is there someone who can assist with this?
Texts not loading
Text messages not loading.
Not so great
I only use the app for my remote days for work. I find my self having to uninstall and install the app multiple times every time it’s not working properly. Issues I’ve experienced have been calls not coming through and not being able to click the buttons on the screen.

Worst app
This is hands down the worst app I’ve had to use. All of the missed calls from the previous user of my extension are now my missed calls. Outgoing calls are also flagged as missed calls. Please fix this!
Great tool for our business
We use Broadvoice for our communications platform and are heavy users of the Communicator. With this tool we are able to manage all of our communications including video calls and texting. Very happy with the app and the service from Broadvoice.
Horrible App
App doesn’t ring, technical will blame it on you and never provide a solution. Customer service will tell you to use it on the desk top rather than address the issue. Save your money and sanity and done get this app!
No time log? Incoming calls drop; No alpha on keypad
It no longer tracks the minutes of your call. That makes it hard to record billables to clients. Also all incoming calls drop when I answer it. The only one that doesn’t drop are spam calls. 🤦🏻♀️
Also on main dial paid you have the alpha/numeric buttons but once dialed in there is only numeric which makes it hard to use search by name directories

No time log? Incoming calls drop

Very Slow
Worse than it’s previous version, slow to load and no customization for ring tones or no settings to change anything
Notification bubble here to stay
I just downloaded the app and had 600 notifications of missed calls/chats. I went through every one and changed some settings, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked, and I still have 600 notifications even though I have no missed calls or texts or voicemails. I even went through and deleted full text chains. The notifications went down by one, but next time I went back to the home screen it was back up to 600. I called support and apparently this is a problem for a lot of people. Please fix this!

Strong mobile app that’s constantly improving
We use this with our business communications system at the office. It works well, and I like seeing them incrementally adding new enhancements every month.
Mobile App review
Mobile app extremely lacking in common sense functionality. Can’t click on a voice mail to return a call. Calls that go to voice mail don’t show up in call log. My missed call log shows one single call from a month ago despite many missed calls. The call log is a total disaster on the mobile app. No rhyme or reason as to when or which calls will show up in the log. I’ve called in to tech support, questioning if they are capable of or even intend on addressing some of these major deficiencies. Maybe they aren’t interested in business models that rely on a functioning mobile access phone system. I’m currently shopping for a different vendor.
