New app can’t transfer
Since the app has been updated, I can no longer transfer money when I open up a new CD from another bank. It wants me to go into the branch. The money is coming from an online bank, and I do not have checks for it.
Garbage app
If i could give this app and Bank of Ozark’s running of it negative stars i would. I have had to change my password so many times because when i log into it i just about every time get a notice something has gone wrong please call this number. I have had more issues out of this app than every app i have combined. Absolutely beyond ridiculous

Needs a fix
I have a personal loan through OZK. There is a feature to make a PRINCIPAL ONLY payment but it doesn’t work. I guess it’s back to sending checks in.
Terrible app
The Bank OZK branches are convenient, and the employees have always been helpful. Unfortunately, the app is so frustrating that it’s making me seriously consider changing banks.
The app never remembers me or my password, even when I choose those options. I end up having to reset my password at least every other time I log in. Banking should be simple, but instead it’s a constant cycle of password changes.
Changing banks is a hassle, but at this point, changing my password every other day is an even bigger hassle. I hope Bank OZK fixes these login issues because they take away from an otherwise good banking experience.

Not mad, just disappointed
The old app worked, this one not so much.
Please bring back the old app!
I normally don’t write reviews on my banking apps, or any apps for that matter, but you seem to have gone backwards. As the previous “rater” stated, the new version is more like a website. If I wanted the website I would just create a shortcut to it. This new version is just not as “people friendly” and frankly is not as aesthetically pleasing as the old app.

Disappointing
I honestly don’t know why we had to change to this new app it’s so disappointing does not show me actual up to date information and when I transfer money from one app to my bank account it doesn’t show it. Im actually very mad and upset about this
Not user friendly
The app is slow to load and not user friendly. Bill pay takes forever to find and bring up to use.
Do not bank with OZK
I will no longer bank with Bank OZK. I’ve lost more money banking with them that’s actually been in my account. I’ve called to turn off my overdraft fees because In the last few months I’ve lost over 300 dollars with overdraft fees. I’ve called to ask them to turn off overdraft fees opened my account and Bank OZK took out another 70 dollars on over draft fees that should’ve never been pulled out of my account in the first place they do not believe in reimbursement for the SCAM that they are doing. I would never recommend banking with them ever.

Bring back the old app
This app freaking sucks. It’s not user friendly at all. It’s not showing me my accurate bank account balances. I could go on and on. This new app version is a huge downgrade. The old app was amazing and worked like a charm.
Downgrade from previous app
App is slow garbage with less features and worse security than the old application. Forces you to use a shorter password, forgets face if every time you close it, and across the board is slower and uglier than the old application was.
Wish I had the option to opt out
The old app did have its issues but I could live with them. This I do not like on any level. It is sad because I was looking forward to positive change.
Regressing
The new OZK app regresses to a web based application. I’d rather open chrome and log in to the website. OZK has gone from best to worst banking app.
Chad
You cannot go out a buy up Mortgages and then have an app that doesn’t allow you to make payments and specify when you want to pay additional principal. Fix this!
Can’t mobile deposit
First they make me download a new app then they make me reset my password once I finally get logged in with the new app. There’s no option for me to make a mobile deposit. I have looked in the manual and at the screenshots on the App Store page and there is clearly an option for under services, but that option does not exist for me when I login. Thanks for nothing.

Useless
This app is not good. If you forgot your user ID on a Friday afternoon, be prepared to not be able to access your account until Tuesday at best. Customer service can’t do anything besides send you a link that takes at least one business day to process your identity. Completely useless. It is also slow and reads like a website, not an app. You have to install a whole new app to use your bank account so none of your information is saved. Terrible update.

App is so slow
I love this bank and the customer service. The newest version of the app is like a website — it is slow, clunky and not as user friendly. The previous version had its issues, but it was pretty responsive and intuitive. They have made loading the landing page a build up. Transfers are harder to find buried down the page. I’m praying this is a beta version and a sleeker update is coming.

Where is the Fast Balances option?
So we have to sign in now just to view the balance? This app update removed the Fast Balances option to view a balance without having to sign in! Put it back because signing in every single time to view your balance is not productive!
Terrible new update
I tried logging in and it made me go to create a new password, which is something I didn’t want to do. So I backed out and tried logging back in. Now it says that now my account is locked, and I have to contact the bank like what is this.
