Terrible new update
I tried logging in and it made me go to create a new password, which is something I didn’t want to do. So I backed out and tried logging back in. Now it says that now my account is locked, and I have to contact the bank like what is this.
Over it
I’m finished with the app. They want anew password but there are 7 requirements, some being ridiculous. If it’s MY password then it should be MY choice as to what it is. I’ll just call the bank everyday for a balance on my account. Probably not as aggravating as typing in a 12-24 digit password each time.

Password incorrect
New app looks nice but every time I log back in it thinks the PW is incorrect and has to be reset. Latest IOS.
Awful New App/Poor Rollout
As it currently sits, this app sucks, and so does customer support. I’ve been considering changing banks, and this may be the final straw. I can’t access bill pay, and I can hardly understand tech support due to their accent. Frustrated doesn’t quite cover it.
Horrible!
This is, easily, the worst app/bank I have ever used. I feel as if a third world country dev team, or AI, developed this.

I love how OZKCards is integrated in the app, as well as the ability to update personal info. There are so many changes throughout the app that streamline your experience.

I really like the fresh, modern design of OZK's mobile app! It is very easy to navigate between tabs and finding different functionalities is straightforward. Overall, its a great experience and makes banking easy and smooth.

This new app answers a lot of needs I have been looking for. The credit tracking and budgeting app are really great.
Great Changes
All the updates so far have been great and they listen to issues regarding the app and implement them if they can. Combining a lot of the separate apps was definitely beneficial!
