It is easy and simple to use. However, it would be more helpful if the real time complete transaction history will appear such as the “previous balance” before and after the transaction.

I’ve been using the BDO Online Banking app, and it’s very convenient for checking my balance, transferring funds, and paying bills anytime. The app is easy to use and saves me time, especially while I’m overseas. I hope BDO continues improving the app by making it faster and more reliable during busy times. Overall, it’s a helpful banking app.

Worst qpp ever!
I dont write reviews often, but i am compelled to write this. I am a software developer and i can assure you this company does not QA the app effectively. Being able to perform sanity tests on basic functions such as transfer should be P0.
Fix this BDO!! If you are not ready to go PRODuction, then allow us to use the webapp at least!
I am now stuck and i need to send money. Is the ProjectManager even reading this? Is the Head of IT even use this app?

Rude Agent from Online banking Customer Services
The Agent can’t answer the questions I asked. Also she’s dying to end the conversation and the issue is not resolved. The procedure is not explained very well. She made a report the issue then have me waiting for another 7 days to receive a resolution. Just a resolution.
And maybe few more days for them to fix an easy problem.
Compared to other banks, BDO online services is way way worse. Actually, the worst.
Since I cannot do online services, I withdrew all my money and transferred it to another bank. I will not engage with any BDO online transactions.

Easy to use app
Its so convenient and easy to use.
Great app
Easy to use overall. I just hope they improve some features, like allowing users to save the names and account numbers of people they've previously sent money to. That would make repeat transactions much faster and more convenient.

Online transfers wont work and is inconsistnent
I’ve been trying to transfer money to another BDO account for about 2 days now and it still wont work. It just logs me out with an automated error message “for your security, we’ve logged you out due to inactivity”. I’m in the US this last 3 years and lately this online transfer issue is becoming worse.
I don’t know whats going but i need help or i’ll probably consider another bank if this continues to be a problem. This app is very inconsistent.

Disappointing
Every time I try to make a recurring payment for my bills, it keeps logging me out.
Can’t even login
It just always says “session expired” they need to fix that!

Logs out with message that logged out for your security due to inactivity

Version 26.20.0 is buggy
Each time I make a transfer between my accounts, the app would log me out “due to inactivity”. Very frustrating.
