I've never had brand loyalty like I have with BECU. Their online services are great, fraud prevention is fantastic! Skip the corrupt banks and go with the nonprofit credit union.
Ok banking terrible technology
Banking is ok.
Their tech stack is terrible and stuck in the early 2000s. Weekly off line systems for some ridiculous reason. And they actively block VPN which is asinine and exposes customers data to many cyber security threats.

Too long without growth
Have a lot of accounts with you guys. I use the app all the time. There haven’t been any major improvements to connectivity for a while. It’s so frustrating that syncing to the bank account takes so long. When I’m on the dashboard view, I can see accounts in one order. Whenever I go to transfer, they are in an alphabetical order, which makes sense to me. And whenever I tapped to view the accounts, they’re in a different order. Come on guys it’s time to update your app. Users should be able to set titles for accounts. Account should be listed in alphabetical order. synchronization should go quickly.

My dad retired from Boeing and used BECU and when I was looking for a new bank Dad suggested BECU I switched and haven’t had any problems with any-of the employees or rules of the bank. The employees seem like they take my as if they were there own mistakes and fixed for me with a smile on there face, good work all

I love how easy it is to communicate with any agent! Every time im connected the communication is so effortless! Thank you for being the best in customer service !
broken in new iOS
used to be working but unavailable to use after IOS upgrade
Needs serious debugging
The app itself is very glitchy but the most frustrating this is that Face ID is not working properly each time. I’m constantly getting locked out of my online banking. This is the only app the rejects my Face ID & it’s so annoying because I’ve had to call BECU a good 3x this week to unlock my account. Please please please for the love of god PLEASE fix this issue.

We enjoy being long time BECU customers. Their customer service is excellent. But this app is SO OUTDATED and needs improvement. It is slow and not up to par with so many other banking apps (Chase and Citibank to name a couple). PLEASE. Put some resources and budget to improving the app which I use every single day.

Always under maintenance
Sucks that I can’t access my money in the middle of the day. Always an authorization error.

Currently unable to log in on the app. Turned off VPN and still unable to access. Signed in no problem with a desktop browser. This seems to be an app issue.
Bad online
I wish it would tell you when your deposit will be available. I would also like to get a daily notification of my balance like my other bank
Fast, Convenient and Easy
Love this app, makes banking more convenient and easy to take care of common chores. Saves us lots of time, no need to run to the ATM to deposit checks.
Auth NIGHTMARE
Their CIO/CTO needs to get their act together. This app always locks me out for the most ridiculous reasons then have to call their tech support to unblock me caveman style. Traveling out of town? Your account is locked. Out of state? Locked. Overseas for biz trips? Consider banking elsewhere.

Great UI, Budgeting needs work.
It’s way better than many credit unions I have used, and very fleshed out with many features.
Only issue is the budget feature is wonky. I don’t like how they are bubble and a bit of a hassle to edit. I would enjoy and option for the interface be a grid so I can view them more easily. Also, why can’t I add more main budgets? I can add custom sub budgets, but not major ones?
