Scam!

A very untruthful company that will mislead you. I cancelled my subscription through them and have email proof and yet 6 months later they recharged me and made up some bull policy. Don’t trust them!

Bring Back App Book Option

You should bring back the book option on the app. I did much better with this option. Much better when I could change some ingredients in the meal recipe.

I did lose weight, but it was expensive

I purchased the 6-month subscription to the app along with the personalized book. I lost close to 10 pounds during the first 28 days, and about 5 more pounds over the next two months, but nothing else after that, so I would have been better off with the 3-month subscription.

It was nice having my menu planned out for me every day and being able to generate a shopping list for whichever days I wanted to shop for. However, the meals were very hit-or-miss. As someone with a lot of experience cooking, I’m pretty sure most of the recipes are written by nutritionists/dietitians, not by chefs, and the people who wrote the recipes don’t have much actual cooking knowledge. Many of the recipes are lacking in basic cooking techniques and principles. The estimated cooking times are inaccurate, and sometimes WAY off from the actual cooking time, especially if any grains are involved (it’s impossible to cook brown rice in 20 minutes). The recipes also use a lot of obscure ingredients that were really difficult for me to get because I live in Hawaii. I spent hundreds of dollars buying the ingredients for my meal plan, and threw away the majority of those ingredients because the recipes only use 1 or 2 ounces of an ingredient and then the rest goes bad before a recipe using that ingredient comes up in the plan again. I have containers of millet, amaranth, buckwheat, and bulgur that I’m probably never going to finish because they don’t taste good.

The workouts were an issue for me. The app doesn’t follow the personalized book which alternates strength training with cardio and includes a rest day, instead saying that you are supposed to workout for 20 minutes every day, but you can’t log your own workouts. You have to use their workouts, which don’t count for as much time as they take. The workouts I was doing take about 10 minutes, but only count for 4-5 minutes.

As a person with chronic pain and fatigue, this app was nearly impossible for me to keep up with. If you don’t have any health issues, you have lots of extra time and money to spend on cooking random recipes, and you don’t mind eating bland, boring food, then this app might work for you. Personally, I’m glad my subscription ends tomorrow and I won’t feel obligated to use the app because I spent money on it.

Love it!

Losing weight the right way and feeling good!

Lack of communication about subscription renewal

I used this app for approx 2 weeks and haven’t used it since. I have now woken up to a charge of $350+ for a subscription I didn’t even know I had. There was ZERO communication about this renewal coming out, and it wasn’t even just for the app. It was including some workout plan and a meditation app I never even remember seeing or subscribing to??? It was also felt like a very basic app which did not help me towards my goal.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! Don’t subscribe! They’re still taking my money, but I can’t log in to their app!

STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM!

The worst mistake I ever made was to sign up to this rubbish site. Escaping from it is very difficult and even after you think you have unsubscribed, they take large amounts of money from your bank account. Getting it back is almost impossible. The product is rubbish and I believe they set out to scam you from the start. Do yourself a favour and stay well away. Check out reviews on other sites - they all say the same thing.

BUYER BEWARE

Whatever you do avoid this app. They make it challenging to cancel after the trial period until you are trapped into a charge. They go to every extreme to get your money and unfortunately could care less about making things right. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER FAR AND CLEAR OF THIS DECEITFUL APP

My doctor approved

Since I started the program, I went from 216 pounds to 176 pounds. I have been maintaining it but not really following at the past two months but I’m getting back on it. I have three months to improve my health I’m aiming for my A1c to be below 6.5 right now. My A1c is seven but it was 8.9.

If it smells like a scam…

Another one of those infuriating subscriptions you can’t cancel until after they’ve already overcharged you. I contacted customer service after an unwanted renewal but they said, “Oh, we’re so sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” Sure you could, since you’re customer service, and I told you to CANCEL. “Oh, but you didn’t follow the steps correctly” (it’s confusing by design, and watch out for those add-ons). Same story as all the other 1-star reviews. They were smugly unhelpful, like doing this to customers is part of their business plan. Luckily I have a great bank who supports me against scammy merchants.

Great overall plan!

I’m really impressed by this plan! The food I’d really good and easy to make and if choose right you can food prep. The exercise plan is good, I’m disabled and have been able to adapt most of the exercises. I’m not hungry, I’m not craving anything it’s just really good. I did two weeks kinda on trial run and lost two pounds and now I’m on the program. I don’t feel like I’m on a program tho. That’s what I like about it!

Entering store and restaurant food items would be helpful.

I like this app and have been using it since January 2026. What I don’t like is that we cannot enter the food we are actually eating, if it’s something off “the plan” such as a meal from a restaurant. I tried to look for some preplanned meal that resembles a tofu bowl that I picked up at Moe’s. Found 4 different Buddha Bowls, each labeled with different ingredients and calories, but the exact same picture! None of them included exactly what I had in mine, so I just picked something close. Likewise, I don’t want to make my own soups. Instead I buy them from Walmart in the refrigerated section. So I just end up picking something close. It’s a little frustrating when NOOM allowed me to enter restaurant and store-bought items to get the right nutrition counts.

This works amazingly

The weight lots is great. The real amazing thing is how much better I feel. I have so much more energy and my swollen ankles are a thing of the past! I am out of the fog that good had me in. It is more prep work but the ability to choose a different meal if the ones they have you doesn't work for you there are tons more to choose from!

Terrible App/Website

I reached out to customer support after spending days trying to cancel my subscription with no success. You can’t cancel through the app—you have to use the website—and every time I tried, I got an “application error.” I attempted this on 3 different devices and 4 different browsers, and the error never went away.

I then spent 3 days going back and forth with customer support via email, only to be pushed past my cancellation deadline. As a result, I was charged $78.12 and $30.97. This wouldn’t have happened if their support team wasn’t focused on offering discounted subscriptions instead of actually helping me cancel.

To make matters worse, I only received 25% of my refund, with their responses mostly being copied and pasted fine print.

Overall, extremely frustrating experience and poor customer support.

Food prep is simple. Good recipes and easy to change options and find things I like, or that I already have in the fridge.

Outstanding!

Dropping like it’s hot

Ripoff

I ordered because it sounded good. I paid. I tried to enter foods I like and wanted to continue. One was yogurt. I was offered recipes and listings for all sorts of yogurt-based sauces and ideas, but no plain yogurt. The same was true of everything I entered. I contacted them. They offered nutritionists to help me. I asked for a refund. They only allow 25% refunds. I paid over $15 to learn that this program will not work for me. It’s a ripoff unless you use their recipes for foods requiring more time and ambition than I want to spend. I did not want that. Be aware of what it really is.
