You make enough money for the service you provide and then you charge $2.30 for the privilege of paying you or at very least a postage stamp all of my other bills are payable on line or by phone without any charge
Online payment option through the app issue
This is now 2 payment cycles that I cannot pay my bill on the app unless I go through guest options online.
Why offer the feature or have an app you cannot have function properly ? You have better options through the website for anyone considering having the app….

Glitchy and Impossible to Navigate
Everytime i try
To sign in i have to enter a code sent to my email. I want to change this multi factor authentication to be to my phone number but everytime I attempt to make this change, it says the request cannot be processed at that time and to try again later. It happens every single time, even on the browser. This app is so buggy and BAD!

Power goes out, attempt to report it on a cell connection. App is clunky and over heavyweight- like think about the use case. When someone is reporting an outage, it’s over wireless. Your app can’t be a bloated piece of garbage (it is).
Just attempted to report an outage (the only thing I’d use this app for), and it crashes when attempting to do so. How about you invest some of the record breaking revenue into this not being an embarrassing dumpster fire.

Slow and outdated.
The app moves extremely. Doesn’t matter if your on WiFi or on Mobile Data it take minutes to load. That’s just the home page. I hope you have time to wait and make a payment because the page is going to take even longer.
Impossible to log in
I’ve never been able to log on - the app is always glitchy!!!

You keep raising cost. Your bleeding is dry.
Will no recommend.
The app makes you feel like your phone needs an update everytime and considering the amount you guys charge for gas and electricity not being able to provide a decent app to make payment is wild.
App barely works
At least every month when I log on to pay my bill the app is down. Oh and I’m sure you understand that can be a frustrating experience.

App & website never work
Maybe 1 out of 7 time I log in no problem but it constantly says “sorry we’re having trouble try logging in at another time” . BGE SUCKS
