Nothing but fraudulent System
Starting from nonfunctional customer support services, if you encounter an issue and reach their CS till forever they will not answer, no response to email. Their virtual card is a no-no, don’t even bother to use the system, their card doesn’t support any payment gateway, your fund will only hang in the air till eternity. If there’s a way to give 0-star rating I will give them -1 star. BillPoint App contain a lot of errors more as you navigate through the system. Want a flawless system? Then go elsewhere.

Fraudulent app
BillPoint is just a fraudulent app, since yesterday I sent money into BillPoint money point and I was debited by my opay and transaction was successful but up till today I haven't received my money on Bil Point, and that same day I did transaction with other account number of BillPoint and the money I sent sender but the first transaction didnt, and yesterday the same wema bank I have been using to send I sent and up till this morning it hasn't reflected, all BillPoint accounts have issues and most times you can send payment and it doesn't enter even after showing successful from the point, now you can't call customer care, they private their Instagram, and telegram so that no one can reach them the live chat I did three days ago have not been replied up till today, BillPoint is just like MMM scam, when they go broke they steal people's money and feel they can't complain, OPay, PalmPay are better 100percent, I am going to uninstall the rubbish BillPoint and then post receipt and tag you all over the world for your scam, unless you pay me my money back.

There app has been great and it’s minimize my expenses when buying data and one thing I under about BillPoint is that when you fund your wallet and want to make use of it to recharge your phone for example you want a 100 naira airtime they will send you your 100 and still save up to 2naira in your balance stop playing. My experience!!
Okay, nice interface .. easy to manipulate.. but not so completely reliable, like today I couldn’t pay my electricity bills. Kept “saying we couldn’t verify”.. mind you I used and I have saved my bill number as beneficiaries. Cause I have used it twice or so. So apparently I slept in the dark today. And other services I have tried to use and didn’t work at all was the Apple iTunes ❤️🩹.. please fix them all.

Very reliable and swift
BillPoint is the first and only utility app that I have come across and it’s best, very fast and efficient. My deposits come in fast with hiccups and the prices are pretty reasonable. I love this app, it really helped me a lot especially with buying giftcards at an affordable rate.
