Great insurance
I have been blessed finding Blue Cross and Blue Shield you might pay a little extra each month but it pays for itself when you go to the doctor or hospital! I highly recommend you getting BCBS . Joe
Login terrible
I almost never can log in the app with correct userid and pw. The app just doesn't work. .
Difficult to use
This app is hard to use. The layout is weird, the buttons and links always fail. I often have to try multiple times.
Broken Face ID
Just sits on a spinning circle after logging in. Can’t even view my benefits.
Not working! Why??
I’m trying to access but it will not open/sign in, it begins to sign in but either spins continuously or starts over to sign in again. WTH??!
Update
Trying to get into the app. It’s telling me an update is required but there’s no update in the App Store to be able to update. Can’t access app at all without this supposed “update” that I don’t have. Currently locked out so who knows if I’ll be able to get back in until the NEXT update
Bugs
I get a notice and link to view EOB now. When it gets to the website, it says EOB coming soon.
Prescription
It needs to be way more accessible to view prescriptions that are in the tier categories.

Bad App
I always have issues logging in, I have to reset my password every time I want to use it… it does not work
Lack of transparency
The spending detail has no detail. Waste of a click.
Godawful app
Worst medical insurance app I’ve ever seen
Spinning… Completed claims often with EOB “coming soon”
This app has been spinning for days. There’s a maintenance banner in the app when it does work. Claim status is misleading. How can a claim be complete without an EOB?
Bring the card to the wallet
Bring the card to the wallet app to fit where all my other cards live.
The app can’t be trusted
Approved and fully paid claims are marked as “denied” by the UI. Creates too much confusion. Can’t be trusted.
Difficult to use
Difficult to use and log into to. Had to delete the app and reload because screen was frozen. Then it wanted me to sign terms of service and it would not let me sign. Had to close and restart several times.
Frustrating process
They need to contact Aetna and get advice on how an app should work, I wish I could switch back bcbs skai is trash
