Very poor connections to use
Recent update
After the recent update, I’m finding I can’t log in every time to the app, sometimes the keypad doesn’t even come up and sometimes it’s just a blank screen I have to shut my phone down and restart to use the app again… very poor BNZ I use this all the time
App freezing
Recently after logging in , try logging in later get a spinning circle and then gives up , click on the log in and nothing happens . Have uninstalled and reset up it works then doesn’t next time. Still no fix from Bnz seems . App is useless should be zero stars
Stopped working
After the latest update it has stopped working!

Activity tab doesn’t work for my customer number . Raised a complaint in2022 still unresolved. Will take this up bankobudsman now.

Activity tab doesn’t work
Extremely disappointed that I have lived with issue of activity tab not working for last 4 odd year! I have raised this issue numerous times since 2022, 2024 etc I have offered to provide logs etc.
it’s so frustrating that I was told 2 months back in May 2026 that my details were not entered properly and hence only my customer number is affected.
I migrated from another bank to BNZ just to be able to track spending for our family house hold.
If a feature doesn’t work for a set of customer then why even roll out that feature.
Tech support goes numb and doesn’t even reply back to email complaints.

I have bank account in Bnz bank , the service was very very poor, rubbish service provided this bank , why I used this Bnz account, no good customer care service, even not good response by this bank
