Replacement Card
I was recently unsure about an entry on my statement and a strange letter I received so I immediately rang BNZ. The gentleman I spoke was very understanding and I suggested I cancel my card. At his request I told him I valued my Visa and he arranged for a replacement which I received in three days. I was so grateful and very impressed with the service I received.

Really good but
It would be so useful to be able to search for a transaction across multiple accounts in the app. Going in and out of each account to search a transaction is a little frustrating, especially looking for older transactions.

When you need it working… it lets you down… with errors etc… it annoys you with “your opinion is important…” popup dialog every time when you need access to your money… please stop making it “better” just make it work and then stop. Please learn one term - User Experience

Faster way to access bank account, secured when card is being use there will be an authorisation pop-up on the app. Very handy. Thanks BNZ

Really user friendly app. Can open up an additional account within seconds. You can also give your accounts names and photos from your iPhone albums.

Update 5/8/26: update to latest 18.4.0 but still this bl##dy spinning circle for a bank that makes billions and ya can’t fix ya app. This has been going on for weeks still not fix. So frustrating . Dont tell me to force close the app just fix or back date to when it work !!!Recently after logging in , try logging in later get a spinning circle and then gives up , click on the log in and nothing happens . Have uninstalled and reset up it works then doesn’t next time. Still no fix from Bnz seems . App is useless should be zero stars

Easy app to operate
Needs fixing
Updated to this app on Wed, 29July. This latest version keeps failing to work properly with IOS version 26.5.2 and hasn't been fixed yet. I always have to restart my phone to make it work. After closing and needing to use the app again, the spinner just keeps going on and on, so I need to shuty phone down and restart again. Not a good app.

Recent update
After the recent update, I’m finding I can’t log in every time to the app, sometimes the keypad doesn’t even come up and sometimes it’s just a blank screen I have to shut my phone down and restart to use the app again… very poor BNZ I use this all the time
