Activity tab doesnβt work
Extremely disappointed that I have lived with issue of activity tab not working for last 4 odd year! I have raised this issue numerous times since 2022, 2024 etc I have offered to provide logs etc.
itβs so frustrating that I was told 2 months back in May 2026 that my details were not entered properly and hence only my customer number is affected.
I migrated from another bank to BNZ just to be able to track spending for our family house hold.
If a feature doesnβt work for a set of customer then why even roll out that feature.
Tech support goes numb and doesnβt even reply back to email complaints.

Love how everything is in your hand. Your statements, card replacement, proof of address even just to contact staff about changing where AP comes from. The BNZ app is one of the main reason I stay with BNZ.

BNZ have the best app for being in control of your money. From opening accounts to paying lump sum amounts on your mortgage. Iβve seen some other banks apps and they have nothing on the BNZ app
