Fix your app
How do you release an app without testing it properly? The app was working just fine with my U.S phone number that is linked to the account. Now it doesn’t. Fix it please. This is just annoying!

Very Useful and Helpful App.
Does not work when you need
Made me logout for not reason and asked for sms to validate my mobile number and then once I was able to login I can’t see my funds or accounts. Only quick view I can see my balance. This bank should be fined heavily for making customers not access their funds.
App is crashing
The app keeps crashing and not launching. It remains on the splash screen and keeps buffering, preventing me from checking my account for months. Please fix this issue.

App didn’t even open
I’ve been trying to transfer money to my mom for her medical expenses but this stupid app won’t open. I had to transfer through third party apps like Google pay/other UPI apps. Worst UX! I’d rate a negative 1000 for this app if I could.

Hi Team, I am in canada, this app is used to open here but since 2-3 weeks its not opening anymore. Its just loading and processing all the time but not opening. Please resolve this issue asap. Thanks.

This app is completely horrible as compared to other Indian bank apps, as an NRI in US, the app invariably does not work at night in India. As of few weeks ago the app cannot even launch. I have deleted and reinstalled still same issue. Due to this I am considering now closing my account at this bank.

Not happy
This application is not as useful as I needed. From 12 am to 6 am it's always showing an error occurred and not in service. BOB is one of the greatest banks in India. This is not the right way to help people. Update and upgrade the standard and provide more efficiency for the customer.

App is not working on iOS.
App is not working on my iOS from the last few days, the first page screen loading is not leading me to anywhere. Tried every possible ways to solve and open but couldn’t work anything.

3.8.7 version is not loading. It has been more than 2 weeks now. By when this will be fixed. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times.

Very often you will find the app not working
I have sent email to my local bank that the app is not working, response from them to solve the issue. This is so frustrating as I am not able to send funds to my family.

Fix your app. So frustrating. All of a sudden the app stopped working. I can’t get into my accounts. It is hung up on the startup page. I get a response email but with a website link. The website looks like it was written by a little kid. The app is not working from the U.S
