Great discovery

My therapist recommended Dr Burn’s The Feeling Good book which I bought and started looking for digital version of the questionnaires and tests when I stumbled upon this app. It is great. I just wish it was more interactive so I could write on the app itself. I hope new versions will eliminate need for paper and pen or copying and pasting to notes.

Love this app!

I used it a lot a couple years ago and recently got back into it more — don’t know why I ever stopped. I’ve paired this app with therapy and it’s been so useful in cataloging my thoughts and seeing where there’s area for my improvement. LOVE to see all the updates too, with the cards and articles. What a wonderful app.

It’s rare to find an app that has as many positive benefits as this one on my life. It feels like every time I write something down the day gets better and something good happens.

Simple, nice app

I’ve only used the app two days so far. It’s too early to tell how beneficial it will be. I intend to give it a thorough use. It’s simple and informative. I admire the app’s stance towards privacy. A small issue: some articles don’t render tables that fully shows the table. If I click and hold I can open the table image in Safari though.

Excellent and easy to do daily exercises!

The exercises are brief and to the point, with plenty of instructions for a beginner. I’ve heard about CBT before but this is my first time actually doing the exercises ever, and it is going very smoothly. The worksheets are illuminating in that I get to re-read them the next day and recognize my feelings and thoughts. And the act of journaling not only helps that day, but has positive ripples throughout the rest of the week.

Fantastic!

Downloaded this app yesterday and I absolutely love it. Simple, yet efficient and I feel it’s already helped to remind me that I can do exercises to change my anxious automatic thoughts. I was feeling pretty stressed and even though nothing external about my situation changed, my thoughts did and that’s what really helped. Small wins!!

Great info and easy to use

This is a great way to learn about CBT and offers lots of tools and ways to practice them. I would recommend for anyone interested in self-help.

I’ve seen a lot of apps to and that claim that they help with anxiety as well as other mental health issues and as a therapist I’m always on the lookout for a great app and to be honest with you this is the first one that I’ve seen in a very long time that actually works and does explain things really well I recommend it to my patients all the time

Fantastic app. 100% recommendation

This app is very underrated for how simple and effective it is. Self talk is something we don’t do enough and this is a step in the right direction. From personal experience this app has propelled my self-esteem, happiness and motivation forward unlike anything else I’ve tried. It’s about the effort you’re willing to put forth that will get you to where you wish to be. Take the step for yourself!!!

It’s worth the $5 monthly

This is a gratitude & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy journal with prompts & I love using it. Through the 5 minutes I spend on this daily, it has helped me see that HOW I think affects WHAT I think. My thinking had become so distorted, it had created selective mutism/social anxiety, anxiety & depression. It was so bad some days I couldn’t make myself walk out the door to do “optional” things - like keep hair or doctor appts. I couldn’t even shop for groceries until late - when I knew no one would be around. I can work (not optional), but getting out the door is a huge struggle.
I have been writing in this journal for almost 2 months and recently started reading the related articles & doing those exercises. I can honestly say it has helped. I still struggle with walking out the door, but the struggle has lessened. AND I am learning to catch my aberrant thought patterns before they escalate from 💭 to fight/flight/freeze/fawn to overwhelm & full-blown anxiety.
This app has been a life-changer for me.

Very nicely designed, simple and easy to use. I like the reminder, it can be hard to remember to be grateful in today’s busy world.

I also really enjoy the Tao Te Ching app by the same designer. It has my favorite translation, by Steven Mitchell.
