Is there a class action lawsuit for this Ponzi scheme yet?
I can’t believe the company I get temporary work from. I actually do business with Branch. I wanna tell if they’re all owned by the same people. Taking the eight dollars plus a 3 to 4% cut out of every shift I take and then when I requested to not get my money instantly, so I can save that 3 to 4% now I can’t log into my account to even withdraw the money. They don’t spend money on innovating the app. They only just take my money and probably yours. It’s so unfortunate what greed takes away from another. All right, forward the stuff to my lawyer anybody else dealing with the same issues three months they wouldn’t let me get Work until I allow them to take that 3 to 4% extra on top of the eight dollars they’re already taking.

Behind the times and too expensive
There is no reason to charge hard working Americans the fees you charge to transfer MY money. You should have direct deposit to the customer bank. You have to charge two fees, one if you want your money instantly to my account at your institution, which should be against the law. Then another fee to transfer to my external account where I have been a member for 40 + years. Then have the odacity and state your customer friendly, yeah right tell some other Idiots that story

Poor customer support
I have been a Branch customer for over five years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. It is nearly impossible to reach a live representative. Every time I call, I can’t get through to anyone, and the chat support doesn’t work either.
When you’re dealing with account issues or disputes involving your money, you need to be able to speak with someone who can help. Instead, you’re left with automated responses and no reliable way to get answers.
After more than five years as a customer, I expected much better support. I hope Branch improves its customer service because the current experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

this app is a joke. way too many hurdles to log in. this is how i get paid and i can not get paid because this app sucks! i am so frustrated that they don’t have a better software that doesn’t restrict you from accessing your own FUNDS.

I only needed for a job now I don’t have it and they trying to charge me for. It using it and are making it hard to get rid of it
$3100 dispute denied
At 11:59 pm 10 separate charges totaling $3100 went through and branch claims in not fraud and just stole me money right out of my account. I’m pretty sure they are involved somehow
Has trouble loading
It hardly ever opens. Lots of glitchy. It’s the app as my other apps don’t do that
HORRIBLE Customer Service
I’ve worked in customer service before, and I feel bad for the guys who answer the phones. They are doing the best they can for the atrocious job the IT team is doing. What are they getting done? I have an extremely simple issue that should take NO longer than 5 minutes to address. But because this team has ignored my consistent concerns for about a week now, I am going about a month without receiving pay. This is unacceptable, and I have never been so frustrated and disappointed with a service team in my life.

Annoying Popup EVERY Time Transferring Money
App works fine but it’s incredibly annoying that every single time I move my tips out of Branch, it’s asking me to use the Instant option and pay a fee. I’ve been using this app for about a year and never have I used the Instant option because why would I pay money to get my money? There is no option to opt out of that irritating popup so app sucks

AWFUL support!
Login wasn’t working so I reached out to support. they told me everything was correct on my end and that it should let me login. but it’s been days and I can’t login. Deleting the app
Horrible cancellation process, and started charging a monthly fee
This is one of the only companies I’ve ever heard of where you literally have to call them and that’s your only way to cancel and then when you do they make you wait forever. Still don’t give you an email confirmation so hopefully later on that day or the following day careful being with this company they’re going through a class action lawsuit for selling people’s info
