Step-by-step screens walk you through breathing control, deep breathing, and gentle huffs at your own pace. Built-in safety guide included. A calmer, simpler exercise library. - Diaphragmatic Breathing (formerly Belly Breathing) has a cleaner inhale → exhale → rest rhythm. - Gentle Box Breathing has been retired to keep the lineup focused. - Custom Exercise on iPhone and Apple Watch now fully supports breath holds — set inhale, hold, exhale, rest, and rounds exactly how you like them. Less notification fatigue. - New Notifications on/off switch in Settings — pause every reminder with one tap, no trip to iOS Settings. - Recommended Reminders now suggests a gentler 3 times a day (8 am, 1 pm, 6 pm) instead of 5. - Reminders are now shown in time order with a clearer enable/disable toggle and a handy "Send Test Notification" button.
