Impossible to update password
The app is forcing me to update my password but it is actually not possible on my iphone since the keyboard is forced to pop up and covers the change password and continue button. So I guess I can’t access the app anymore?
Great App
This app helps skip the phone tree & the front desk. It is reliable, and I appreciate the ease of use.

New Dr who uses Breeze, can’t even use the app have done everything to log in and all I get is NOT A BREEZE USER, even the website says the same thing, even tho my email is correct etc… apparently I’m not the only one who has run into this mess if the devs can’t fix the app/website, then why do they even continue pushing this to providers to use!!!

Terrible! Zero Stars
My current employer used to have this EMR/EHR and all of us employees signed up to see what pts had to go through. The app never worked. And good luck getting a customer service representative to actually help fix the problem.
Now my current specialist uses this system. And I already know the headache I’m about to endure. But I gave it a shot and tried to login with no success. I had a customer service representative contact me about the portal and told me there is nothing they can do cause I had a previous account. That was in March/April 2026; I got an email last week June 2026 that my case was closed and the error was fixed. Tried again to login NO success. I will just have the specialist fax all my records to my current PCP.

Update App??
Even though I have updated the application and reset my phone several times on June 11,, 2026, , it still says your app is not up to date and some other stuff…
No message capability
The app does not provide an easy way to send and receive messages to your care provider. All of your competitors offer this capability. Will be encouraging my care provider to change their service.

App doesn’t work
I’ve been on the phone trying to get my login to work all week, but I keep getting an error that I am not a Breeze user. My doctor cannot send me a new invite link because apparently I am already a Breeze user. The backend is broken and no matter how many times I’ve contacted for help and opened tickets, nothing gets resolved. I will have to go to another doctor. By the way, the online login doesn’t work for me either. And it’s not a question of what device or browser I’ve used. FIX THIS! You’re dealing with peoples HEALTH. It’s kind of important.

Update Not Working
When I log on to my Breeze account, it states I need to update the App. When I go to the App Store, it just gives the “Open” option. How does one update the App?
Love my PCP
I cannot say enough good things about my primary care team. Everyone that I have ever interacted in this office has been beyond professional, kind, courteous, patient, and make sure that I leave the clinic feeling better than I did when I walked in.
Not working correctly
Tried sending message. It automatically sent before I was done. Had to send 3 messages before I was finished.
Frustrating
My app says that it's not up to date, but I don't get the option to update it. I used to be able to pay my copay thru the app, now I'm not able. Very frustrating.
Expiration date
Expiration date difficult to enter.
Update
App is updated but it keeps telling me it’s not. Notification won’t go away.
Glitchy app
I contacted support last December that my app kept saying "Your app is not up to date! Please update your app to take advantage of the latest Breeze features." Almost a year later and multiple open support cases, this issue has not been solved even after I've uninstalled and installed my app. On top of that, I don't see anything under my Payments tab, which is not true because I have used the app to make appointments in the last year. The app is glitchy and makes me weary that my info is on it.

Asks for update and there is none!
Says I need to update right after I installed it. There is not an update! What is wrong with the developers?!
Cannot update
I’m told my app is not up-to-date and in order to take advantage of the latest breeze features, but I cannot. I have not been able to update the app for several months now and it’s frustrating! I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and still unable to update. This is frustrating and makes me want to delete the app.
