Horrible

I am so annoyed because I selected the x when it asked about payment plans and the next day £25 comes out of my account, this is ridiculous you need to get your app fixed and make it clear when someone is signed up to pay for it because it signed me up automatically when I said no and I payed the one pound to get my results which I DIDNT get and it stated NOWHERE that it was going to charge me

Waste of time

I spent a few minutes taking a very nice quiz on my trauma only to have to pay for my result in which is only about a paragraph telling me my trauma was there but I had a good childhood and I’m an empath. I didn’t even bother moving through the rest of the app. You’re going to provide a result so poor and diminishing I don’t trust your app. Please refund the $10

Disapointment

Listen some of the content was good and the app was easy to use - the problem is they charge you every month even if you paid a subscription up front and even after you cancel. They don’t stop charging you monthly and it’s messed up the hoops you have to
Jump through to get it to stop two months I’ve been trying to sort this out - took away any or all the good the app could
Of done!

Unethical

You’re tricking people into paying $29.9 this was not shown on the app when setting up the account and I didn’t even provide my card information.

They keep trying to take money even tho I cancelled same day
