New update sucks
Why is the new update so much more difficult to use??? It's so cluncky and you have to tap around like 8x more to do the same task. I'm literally going to switch platforms if it's going to take this long to schedule every time now.

Very disappointed. Buffer is just a glorified queue. You can’t edit anything in the service, select music (I know this isn’t limited to buffer, it’s up to the social media platforms but I’m including it here for clarity), and when you schedule a reminder to post, the service doesn’t even upload your scheduled post to your phone’s camera roll, meaning you have to re-upload the post to each social media platform (meaning clogging up your photos until you manually post), and then re-enter any hashtags you entered in the description in Buffer. The only thing this app serves as is a queue that you can create, and a notification to post. Everything else you have to do manually. Save yourself the money and either enter a recurring reminder in your personal calendar or better yet just schedule posts right in TikTok and Instagram.

New update 🙌🏻 - MOSTLY
5 star app except for one minor issue that becomes major for me when I'm in a hurry. . . Posting action is set by default to "next available" I always "post now". I wish there was a way to set the default to one's preference . The extra steps to change it each time is a real drag .
Calendar disaster
This used to be a great app but they removed the full calendar view on the app so you can’t see what days you have posts scheduled. The little strip calendar they show now doesn’t even have the month. Worthless.
Why ?
I’ve been using Buffer for years each change has made it worse to use . It is quicker if I just type and schedule my own posts manually

Media fast but still post content. Paid for the monthly subscription for 3 channels and as soon as I deleted the OG apps, I started having problems! I’m just one person with one phone posting to multiple apps, how is the teams feature? I know it has to be doo doo because I’m having issues with just me! I tried it and buyed it and now I NEVER want to hear about this app EVER AGAIN!

Normally, I would have given this a 5 star but as a voice over user, not all the buttons are described with labels.Also, wish you could change between the business/professional channels and the personal channels without having to upgrade and pay for this option.Maybe someday... Haha! Thanks for making this 95% accessible to the visually impaired, it's a great start!

Still need the original apps PLUS this. Was looking to stay active but stay away from the feeds.
Was looking for a way to stay active on my socials while stepping away IRL wit my team, and we are having so many issues that it’s just easier and more efficient to just upload directly app to app! was pressured by ads and paid for a subscription and feel like we was robbed! Of my time and money! Plans failed.

A very good accessible alternative to Facebook Business suite for Screen Reader users
Not only is this a great app to help manage your socials, plan ideas and turn them into posts and increase engagement, it’s a very good accessible alternative to other apps which lack such ease of access. Please can we have the option to switch on or off the new focus screen though when composing? I get the significance for users, however it gets in my way and actually has led to content being updated for a time that I didn’t intend from a screen reader user perspective. Other than that keep up the great work.

I like this app, I just used it to post. I wish there was automatic posting for personal accounts. All in all, it’s useful and I plan to use it in the future.
Works but lacks some features
When checking my posts in the mobile app I could not add comments to them (a feature I use in the web app).
This makes the mobile useless for me since I can not add thoughts on what I to fix on my posts / graphics when being back home.

Crashing soon as calendar opens
App is crashing soon as calendar opens - very annoying to constantly have to reinstall. This last update was no good.
Gut, aber kein Lifetime…
An sich ist Buffer eine super App um Content zu managen und zu planen, allerdings gibt es auch viele coole und praktische Features, die man ohne Abo leider nicht nutzen kann. Ich hätte mir da eine Lifetime Version gewünscht. Da zahle ich vielleicht 50 Euro oder etwas mehr und habe keine nervigen Abokosten.

Needs feature toggles
I wish I could turn off certain features like AI and the comment score. I don't want all my data being fed to an AI, and I don't want to feel pressured to respond to people instantly when I have a whole business to run.
