Placed my order 2 weeks ago no response from staff no customer care replies and especially no update on my clothes. Very poor service, never ordering again!

The app failed to place my order after deducting the payment and there is no timely response from their support team this is not acceptable at all

The order has been placed on 10th November, it has been 7 days and the order is not even dispatched yet. Tried to contact the customer service but got no response from the other side, even the calling number is also not active. Not going to shop from this store ever in future.

I placed an order on 3rd of Oct for 2 items I received one of them and the other 2 are still not delivered though it status of the product keeps changing though I’ve received one of them the status for the same shoes preparing my order is prepaid I’ve tried all my luck trying to contact them and tired of dealing with this not only that but the mental stress this is causing is really frustrating you guys either deliver my product or refund my goddamn money these people needs to be reported for scam never buying from them again 😠😠😠

Zero accountability. Poor Service
Extremely disappointing experience with Burger Bae. I received a defective product and have been following up for over 2 months. Every time I contact them, I’m told the return/exchange will be processed ‘in a week’ — but nothing has been done till date. Very poor customer service, zero accountability, and no respect for customers’ time or money. Would not recommend buying from here until they fix their after-sales service
