Still a turd
How many years have they been working on this app for? And it still constantly screws up, eats your money, makes you purchase when you need to validate, etc. How can this company not hire a decent app developer? One job: buy a ticket. It’s not that complicated!

App works well
The app works well in English except for the ticket names and explanations remain in German. Not so helpful.

Constant problems
Should be convenient but it’s always full of problems. Won’t take payment, tickets disappearing. The app is unusable.
