Forgot my ID on me and was trying to buy alcohol. Remembered I had this app but the TRU ID AGE VERIFICATION did not work. Needs more improvements

I don’t get why we need to renew manually. Theoretically, a phone always belongs to the owner who has the driver’s license, so it can always renew behind the scene if needs must.

The digital idea is a good idea, but every time I’ve ever open try to use the ID it requires it going through and doesn’t complete

lame, expires you quickly forcing new biometrics
does not allow you to add the license to your real Wallet app. Huge hassle. Re-enrolling after it expires in a few short months brings up a login screen pre-populated with a stranger’s userid. Super sketch imho.
Now it’s trying to connect to some “DC” service as in federal Washington DC?
It doesn’t remember you already allowed face id in the past and gives a ton of annoying speed bump prompts then requires your picture again and again, not trusting your phone to be secure. Some immature manager is overseeing this effort.

Easy and convenient
The process took less than 5 minutes and is really easy to follow. I’m actually surprised that it was so simple. I love having my ID in my Wallet just in case of emergencies and also for traveling.
Refresh so often?
Why do I repeatedly need to refresh, review, validate my license so often? I am a fan of including this in my eWallet, but it regularly requires some form of confirmation, to the point that I don’t trust it will be valid when I need it.
