unreliable and scam
I had a flight at 6 am so i ordered an uber for 4 am to go yo the airport the in the morning of the previous day. Instead of having a confirmed driver ready the app when i did the reservation it only located a driver 10 minutes before i had to leave and after 20 minutes the only driver that confirmed canceled.

Functionally good, operationally terrible
Wasted a lot of time waiting for drivers that just go the opposite direction, don’t respond or never arrive
So many things wrong with the service and the app
I am visiting Spain and read in several places how this app is very popular. I cannot understand why.
For each of my two rides, Cabify offered me the option for an expedited pick up for an additional cost. Each time the pick up time was significantly later. It didn’t refund me for that extra wait.
On my second ride, the driver was two blocks away from the major intersection I was waiting at for 12 minutes only to have to go find him and be surcharged for it by Cabify for the driver’s wait time. I was at a street light cross walk at Plaza de Cuba in Seville. Not hard to find.
After I complained they offered my the surcharge as a credit for a future ride. Not going to fool me a third time.
The app doesn’t let you pick a language. I receive emails and alerts in Spanish but the app is in English.
Clearly this service isn’t ready or its customers don’t seem to care.
Update in response to the developer who replied and asked for an opportunity to address the situation. I posted this review after 5 days trying to resolve it through their customer service channels. They take 24 hours to respond to each communication and don’t really solve anything.

Spam notifications
They use notifications constantly to market at me. This is not what notifications are for. App uninstalled.
Malfunctions
This app is BAD when I say BAD i mean their reservation service does not work and they took €20 after telling me all my rides were canceled and now they REFUSE to give me my €20 back after weeks and weeks of customer service not listening to my case. Maybe they took my money so they can use it to update the system but I don’t even think so. I cannot emphasize enough, do NOT use them just use uber it will be cheaper more reliable and all around better. Dont attach a card it will have money stolen from it.

Long wait times
Service is ok, but wait times are usually much longer than estimated before booking. Travel time also increases during the ride.
Be ready to wait
Prices are cheap but the estimated pickup time is just a flat out lie. Be ready to see “driver 4min away” just to wait 15min to be paired with a driver 22min away.

Cheap and unhelpful
Not helpful. I pre-booked a cab for an airport run to save stress. The taxi arrived more than 10 minutes early. Didn’t phone me. I said I’d be about 5-10 minute at my designated time and when I left my hotel my taxi wasn’t where I expected. I said I was there and looking and it suddenly cancelled saying the driver couldn’t locate me. Customer services spent 20 minutes accusing me of not being there when the taxi was. I will not be using their services again despite how cheap they are. Awful customer service. What taxi company lets you pre-order a taxi for an airport that won’t wait for you past your waiting time by 1 minute if you’re looking for them?? And not phoning you either! Again, for an airport transport!!
EDIT - I contacted support, hence leaving my review!! I deleted the app and have no intention of using it again as your driver and customer service ripped me off!!

Downloaded the app uploaded details, since getting the app some random number has been calling me

From down town Madrid to hotel near airport it took 85 minutes due to marathon and the lack of experience of driver and they over over charge me never again using their service

Extrem unzuverlässig lieber uber nehmen
Ich bin in buenos aires in der nähe puerto madeno und warte 20 min auf ein cabify dann nimmt jemand die fahrt an und brauch auch noch 15 min nur um nach 12 min die fahrt zu canceln das ist extrem dreist und ich weiss auch nicht warum die app das überhaupt zulässt würde schon fast sagen scam

Poor service
The app first assigned us a driver who woke us up with a call at 4AM for our 6AM taxi saying he was waiting for us. Then we were directed to a meeting spot in an area restricted to taxis. Since Cabify uses regular drivers without taxi licenses, he could not drive to the pick up point, so we had to haul our luggage a long distance to the point where the driver was. The driver then charged us a late fee for making him wait!? I would not use this app again.

Últimamente salió la noticia que hay más
de 1000 permisos en las diferentes plataformas que no están en regla .
Si bien esto es por la difícil accesibilidad a los mismo , se estaría utilizando una pequeña brecha que en el futuro puede afectar la seguridad

I dont know spanish, driver doesnt know english. I can not copy the text from driver. who is your product owner?? you should not call you PO.
Traumatic Experience in Madrid
The driver kicked our family including a 6 year old girl in the middle of a dangerous busy street. During the ride to Atocha train station, he said 5 EUR cash extra, okay? I said “No cash.” He kept repeating then got angry and stopped in the middle of the road and would not move until we handed him cash or got out. We had a train to catch so we felt our best choice was to hurry and find another cab. This was extortion which is illegal. Our girl seems a bit traumatized so we’re monitoring her. Cabify needs to screen their drivers better. This man is insane and should not be driving.
