Horrible
Buses won’t even wait 5 minutes for you before leaving, it’s always late and the booking system on the app is utterly awful. Everything about this bus is bad.
Horrible service
If i could put 0 stars i would, one driver i had was asking for directions to get to the stops on the route back home, buses were late if you could even book a bus as there's never any buses available even if you book a bus a week in advance, all in all horrible and a nightmare to use
Disaster app
Don’t bother with this app, schools will book out rides really early in the morning so you cannot possibly get a bus. And when you can the app won’t work or buses will be late.
Doesn’t even let me book!
What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t let you book or give you alternatives. So much for using public transport!
Not a great service except when you’re on it
Impossible to find a slot.Have to enter to and from every single time it says journey not available. No notifications now about when it’s arriving so expected to potentially wait in the rain for 20 minutes. Why are the new notifications now? Can’t get through to anybody on the phone
