Amazing - PLEASE try the app.

I work in NHS Talking Therapies and can say this app is great, meets you where you’re at and uses a lot of techniques and skills we use in treatment. Please try it and be as consistent as you can, use the functions properly and take the time for yourself.

Airplane phobia

This app saved me from spiralling during a flight from uk to Spain 4 hours .. it was my second time flying and a longer distance and honestly this and headphones was my godsend / I suffer from adhd and have overwhelm and a phobia of heights I’ve used this also whem back home as the overwhelming anxiety still lingered from being abroad also amd combined with ChatGPT this has helped me so much .. a honest authentic review ! “This too shall pass” my fave one played it so many times .. thankyou whoever made this app you really are doing a good thing In life helping people

A fantastic support

Have been using this app now for a month or so, and has really helped me take control over my mental health journey.

Meh

Is okay but the activities keep repeating so I’ve had the same ones for the last couple of weeks

Horrible

I just don’t get it. Seems useless to me. First thing I saw was a question with no where to write an answer! That put me off.

Too much reading

Every activity has loads of reading. It's boring and it made me tired. I also felt it was putting blame on me for my response to outside circumstances that are a problem. When my rent is increasing to an unaffordable level and I feel anxious about that, my feeling is correct. I also found the language used to describe things insulting, such as using the phrase control freak. And using a banal example is unhelpful. Insulting.

Great content and free!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. Something free with no annoying paywalls, loads of content for me to explore at my own pace, and a journal space for me to track my mood over time. Excited to keep using this!

Incredible resource

Most people have a smartphone and to have this support so easily accessible is really incredible. Great work!

Super helpful

Found this app really easy to navigate. So much support when needed and lots of tools an ideas to aid self help. Love the fun graphics too!

Brilliant Helpful App

A great resource for mental health and mood management, with exercises that genuinely make you think and help you understand what you’re feeling. A lot of thought has gone into it. It’s also an actually completely free app with no ads that doesn’t harvest your data - very rare these days!

Helpful app for anxiety

This app is brilliant, the exercises are designed really well replicating a lot of anxiety support I had during therapy. You can personalise it too which makes it even better.

Craig

This app has really help me, and I feel like I can slowly work on my self but by bit.

Great App

I know they’re numerous mental health apps out there but this is my favorite by far. First, I like that the content on the app has been created by doctors and mental health professionals which makes me more confident using it. Another bonus is it’s free. I used to pay $50 annually for an app. Also, it’s easy to navigate and uses STT so when I’m in the journaling area I can speak rather then type out the entry. TBH, I would rather not type and probably wouldn’t journal if the app didn’t have this feature. I’d also say the Activities section has a lot of content and definitely helps me to relax and deal appropriately with situations that arise. Definitely worth downloading!

Practical real help

It’s reassuring to know that all the activities are created by experts! Really good quality - and it’s free!

Amazing app

This app is amazing and really helped me. I can’t believe it’s free!

Limited

It’s free. Otherwise it’s very limited, there is no chat bot or accessibility settings. I don’t understand its purpose.

My go to app for difficult emotions

I always feel better after using this app. You have no idea how much this app has saved me in anxious & depressed moments. I’m so lucky to have come across it and that such an app exists for us, thank you for your hard work!! <3

So great for anxiety and depression

This is honestly the only mental health app that has actually worked for me and helped me with anxiety and depression. I can go on this app and be confident that I will feel better once I’m done. Thank you :)

AMAZING

This app seriously helped me a lot. I’m struggling and this app just listens to what’s happened and helps. It gives things that will help YOU! I’m surprised this app is even free since most apps I’ve tried to adapt my mental health are free but bad or for money! 🌿

Ad says Free Anxiety App—Definitely NOT free

You can’t even finish signing up without adhering to pay. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen—especially to a protected group. Is it a good app? I’m still stuck on their exploitation and manipulation of people suffering from anxiety and panic disorders—by openly, unapologetically claiming the app is free.

I don’t mind paying. I mind very much being manipulated into downloading something on the premise there is no cost associated with doing so.
