I would give 0 if I could

This is absolutely ridiculous. I put on the app that I was 19, and I selected my age. I even called carla and the car rental place to make sure it was okay and they said yes. I go pick up my car and they say "im not old enough" and carla refused to give me a refund. "We have no record of you confirming" yeah right. Carla is a predatory business and I would stay away!!!! 150$ out down the drain. If you dont want to be in my situation STAY AWAY!! even if you are 21+ I wouldn't be supporting a business that would do that to someone. You never know they might "find a reason" not to give you a car too 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Very User Friendly

I really like the way you can delete junk fees in this app. So you can get down to the bare bones to save money on rentals. Other sites make it harder to do that. And the Carla Cash feature is brilliant.
