App doesn’t work on my device and constantly have to work around payments and management
App no longer works for me
I have loved the app, but over the last two months, the app quit working for me. Doesn’t go past the logo screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no change.

The app no longer loads and backs out.

Still not working at all. Crashes immediately after opening. I even deleted and redownloaded it.

Biggest Scammers I’ve ever Seen
How strange is it that Carrington’s reviews are either One star or Five Star? It’s because they have to use Bots to leave fake reviews to try to level out their horrible ratings. This can only give you an idea of the horrors one experiences on a daily basis having to deal with these maniacs who basically try every scheme possible to steal your home. If you have a loan with Carrington you better know a good lawyer.

Don’t finance through this bank
This is by far one of the worst mortgage company’s that you could possibly go through. They don’t pay your insurance on time, they don’t pay your taxes on time. Hopefully you don’t have insurance claims because dealing with their third-party company to get the money you need to pay for the damages to be repaired is a joke!!!

Ever since the last update, the app no longer works. You call to make a payment and only automated systems are available. They tell you to use the nonworking app. All recent reviews are saying the same thing. Why would a mortgage company make it this hard to make your payment? Get it together.

App crashes once it is opened. Will not load to login screen. Use to work just fine not sure what’s going on but a few others have posted the same.
