I don’t know whether I made a payment this month next month or I’m too far ahead. It doesn’t give me enough information and doesn’t keep me informed too well I don’t like it.

Not good
I was not originally with Carrington my loan was sold to them by veterans united. Carrington never updates my bimonthly payments to show what's actually owed and that's frustrating. The app is pretty useless.
App
App doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for months. Getting tired and frustrated with it. Fix it! Do your damn job.

Fails constantly
This app never works. Every time I try to open it, for approximately the last 6 months, it freezes and then closes itself about 20 seconds later. It is extremely frustrating.

When you open the app & it takes your pic, it just freezes. Please fix this issue

Non operational
After the app updated 2 months ago, it’s been completely non operational. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. Every time I’ve attempted to open the app since it starts with the loading screen then crashes about 10 seconds in. It used to be convenient, now it’s just annoying. I have an iPhone 14, it’s not my phone that’s a problem.

I have always used the app to make my monthly mortgage payment and the last two months it has not been working. I have no idea what the problem is.
