Non operational
After the app updated 2 months ago, it’s been completely non operational. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times. Every time I’ve attempted to open the app since it starts with the loading screen then crashes about 10 seconds in. It used to be convenient, now it’s just annoying. I have an iPhone 14, it’s not my phone that’s a problem.

App has not worked for months!
App Not working
I have always used the app to make my monthly mortgage payment and the last two months it has not been working. I have no idea what the problem is.
Useless
This app hasn’t worked in months. Have to go to the website to pay my mortgage. This app has become more worthless than a paperweight.
Amazing and Easy
This website is one of the easiest websites that you can use to pay your mortgage on top of that most websites don’t keep your information due to the current technology in the world we live in now a lot of websites every time you login or apps drop your login credentials. This one keeps your login credentials until you change them which makes life a lot easier.

Great app…until it stopped working
I had been using this app for years and then suddenly a couple of months ago it stopped working. I’ve tried re-downloading multiple times and when I try to open it, it just sits on the loading screen and won’t do anything. Very frustrating.
