Doesn’t work
The app hasn’t worked in months. The logo would pop up and nothing happens.

Mostly will not work. N ed to login via website to make payment. Don’t waste time downloading it

Unable to click login button, it’s grey color
Recently, my mortgage was shifted to Carrington so I had to download the app unable to login because of the grey button is not working in the mobile app. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling it but for some reason it’s not working I read a review and I think other people are having the same problem.

App never works
App does not open no matter what I do!!

It works
While the app works to pay my mortgage, there is a lot of extra clicking needed to accomplish this. I have not and will not agree to paperless billing or autopay. If the procedure to pay each time is intended to be a pain to get folks to change payment methods, that is just wrong.

Update: As of 29 August 2026 update has not been patched. App forced update on 21 May 2026 and now will not open, iPhone 17 Pro
App hasn't worked for months
I've had Carrington Mortgage services for a couple years now in the last couple months. This app just doesn't even load up. Doesn't work straight garbage

The Carrington app is easy to navigate through AND has easy to read print! If you call in they have friendly and knowledgeable reps to help you! I hope my loan stays with this company! Enjoying the nice customer service!

I don’t know whether I made a payment this month next month or I’m too far ahead. It doesn’t give me enough information and doesn’t keep me informed too well I don’t like it.
