Very disappointed with the check-in feature
I’m very disappointed with the check-in feature of this app. I couldn’t complete the check-in and there was no guidance telling me the real problem. Wasted me a lot of time. Very frustrating. I’ll have to go to the airport to check in on spot.

Cathay has been my preferred airline since day 1. Its fleet of aircrafts is modern, with updated entertainment systems. Cabin crews are mostly friendly and services they offer are good. The booking App is easy to use once you get used to it. Look forward to being in the air again with Cathay.

Throughout the 16 years I’ve been in Hong with my family, we almost always choose to fly Cathay Pacific. Although we pay much higher for tickets than many other less expensive airlines, it’s certainly worth the cost. The service has been excellent and unmatched by any other airlines. I and my wife and two 20 and 18 years old kids studying at US universities rarely if ever had any unpleasant experience. Crew are very accommodating, professional, yet personable. Most of your crew often greet passengers with a pleasant attitude, and wearing a sincere smile.
We fly a number of time as individuals, children coming back home three times a year, in addition to many trips to Bali, Japan, and other numerous countries.
I personally know what a great service is. I had been a flight attendant for nine lovely years 1975 - 1984 with Middle East Airlines (MEA) back when we were the top airline in the Middle East. terms of excellent service, reputation, and like your pilots, are very skillful.

no upload of booking possible if booking is with partner airlines
Its still not possible to upload a booking that is with partner airlines. This app is from the middle ages.
I fly back home and wanted to upload my booking from BA that has a long flight segment from Hongkong to LHR woth Cathay but there is no way to upload my booking code to the app. it works pwrfectly with qatar air but not with carhey. Please programmers repair this fundamental issue ASAP
