- workflow needs to be streamlined, better integrated with notifications. For example, when it’s time to get a boarding pass, your are not notified, it’s not obvious in the app, you have to dig.

Title says it all really, everything is laid out so well and so straightforward to use
Chosen seat
I chose an available seat 69c and a few seconds later the airline relocated me to 61c which I wasn’t too happy with ? Everything else has been smooth and easy thank you
