The worst airline app experience I’ve ever had
I have been trying to make an account on Cathay so I can accumulate miles and use credit card points for nearly 2 months now. I have tried all of their suggestions, in 4 different countries, 3 different continents, multiple personal e-mail addresses and phone numbers and still have had no luck. When I contact their support line, they say there is no issue on their end. I’ve had friends try to sign up to see if it was something I was doing incorrectly and they all were unable to create accounts. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I’m hoping somebody might see this and help me figure it out. But for now 1 star. Easily worst experience I’ve had with any airline app or website.

One stop shop
This is my first experience with Cathay Pacific and I am pleased with what they offer, a one stop shop for booking my vacation. Everything is automated, easy to understand and reasonable. I’m looking forward to this new travel/vacationing relationship with them.
