Perfect resource

I struggled with relationship anxiety for the last year. I started using this app which cuts to the chase, no gimmicks, very simple, and started challenging negative thoughts whenever they happened. I’m feeling much better and I cannot recommend this app enough.

Love it

Great app. Short, sweet, & to the point.

Response from developer

Thanks! Glad you like it 😊 If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to ask!

Best thought records app

Straight to the point and not full of nonsense like other CBT apps, love the exporting option

Simple and self-explanatory

This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you very much!

Simple and effective

I frequently recommend my clients monitor their thoughts and this app makes therapy homework much easier. I have tried several thought monitoring apps, but mostly recommend this one as it provides exactly what is needed. Most other apps have too many ‘features’ that make initiating the thought recording process too difficult and time consuming. This app is as close to a worksheet as it gets, no need to log in, set up profiles or reminders, just start
writing. You don’t need to complete all the fields, so you can start using it for thought monitoring and then work up to more complex challenging and alternative thoughts. The simplicity makes this process so much more accessible to people who are new to CBT and the export feature is a bonus.

Boring

It’s just a thought journal. Nothing more. Not worth the space. You can use notes or many other apps already on your device.

Thinking Traps

Just started using the app, really useful for a on the go journal replacement. Would be useful to add in thinking traps guidance or checklist

Easy and effective

This is a great app to use CBT logging and tracking techniques. It’s simple and function. I like it because of it’s scaled-down design. I recommend it as an alternative to a paper-based journal.

Perfect

This is a terrific app to use with CBT therapy! Good job!!

Almost perfect

If the developer could add ‘Feeling’ between ‘Thought’ and ‘Reaction’ and rename ‘Reaction’ to ‘Behaviour’ this would perfectly align for use by psychologists with their clients undertaking CBT!

Perfect

Super simple to navigate. Works great, does what you want it to.

Perfect for what it is

A lot of apps trying to be the everything app for mental health, and end up doing a lot of things OK and many things meh, so this app is perfect for accomplishing what it intends to accomplish. Incredibly simple and easy to use extra frills.
