App login terrible
Logging into the app is horrible consistently won’t login saying sorry for the inconvenience. Then I go to the website and login without issue, back to the app no can do. I’ve reset my password multiple times for no reason because the app won’t let me login. This app is trash better off just saving the website in your browser and accessing that way.

App not signing in
This app is overall really good and I like central bank. The app will not log me in about 1/3 of the time. I’ll have to wait a few hours and try again this epically happens at night for some reason. I also switched from android to apple and the problem seems consistent across both platforms.
Doesn’t work
They need to invest in updating their system. This app just closes immediately when I try and open it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, updated. Still just closes and I have a newer phone.
Awful user experience
The app is awful. It’s down/offline more than it’s up, then exits out abruptly and is very sluggish. I end up using the website more often which isn’t convenient.

Had a stroke and they worked with me being very patient helping me keep my account straight!!
Does not work……AT ALL
Once you enter credentials, you get a message “ your details have been saved successfully “ and takes you back to login screen.
Also, try contacting the developers web site gives a 404 not found error.

Horrible unreliable app
Gave the app one star because I couldn’t give it a zero. It never works on the first try. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all and then you go online to the website and it’s not working either. Super inconvenient and it’s been like this for years.
Scheduled maintenance
This app would be great if an alert was sent out scheduling maintenance or down time. I’ve tried to login twice and now my account is locked and I get to call to talk to customer support! Awesome! This happens once every 2 months and absolutely drives me up a wall. Fix the app
Receipt
I wish you would update the app so that you can view receipts. I can see where money was spent, but can’t see what it was spent on.

This is a boomer bank. Reminder, Banks are Zeros. Can’t wait for this one to fail!

Update: Still will not load, almost worth switching banks for one with a usable app.
The App is pretty great when it works, but that is becoming more the exception than the rule. It’s a shame, because there has been a lot of added functionality and improvements to the UI over the last year. I often don’t even try to open it and just go to the webpage on my browser instead. Please make it stable, it’s a good app when working!

Always an Error
Every time I use the app it errors about a million times and eventually allows me to access my account. Extremely frustrating.
